Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was absolutely perfect—we loved every moment of it. The hospitality was exceptional, the staff were warm, courteous, and attentive, and the food was excellent. The ambiance made the experience even more special. What truly stood out was the thoughtful service. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special and even arranged a small celebration, making our occasion truly memorable. It was a wonderful gesture that reflected their genuine care and attention to detail. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with family and friends, and wow — what an experience! This place is squeaky clean from lobby to room, hospitality done right. Big shoutout to Manager Samarth — his warm welcome and can-do attitude set the tone for our entire stay. The staff matched that energy too: quick, efficient, and always ready to help. Bottom line: unbeatable value, five-star service, zero complaints. If you're headed to Agra, this is where you stay. Loved every bit of it! 🌟

As usual, I received great service from Hilton the moment I stepped into the Lobby of DoubleTree, Agra.The Lobby manager was fantastic in helping my wife to take a glimpse of the evening Taj Mahal and helped me to procure some urgent equipment.At the restaurant, North 27, the service I received was sincere and very hospitable. The staffs were very helpful in explaining the Indian food and how to enjoy them fully. Lily and Biaki were both fantastic and loving and found myself amazed they were still trainees. You can hardly fault them and they were just like little bees flying around us to serve us and make our dining experience excellent. Have to give it to the restaurant management, they are doing a great job!🐜 a

The hotel easily has the best security setup among all hotels in Agra. A special thanks to Rajeev, the Security Manager, who possesses brilliant knowledge of his field and is remarkably helpful—he genuinely has a solution for everything! The food was great and the service was brilliant. Thank you to Rahul for personally taking care of us throughout our stay. It was also such a delightful touch to be welcomed personally by the General Manager of the hotel. Great food, outstanding service, and wonderful people made our stay unforgettable. We had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. The hotel easily meets top U.S. standards, making it an excellent and reliable choice for foreign tourists. The food was absolutely awesome, and the breakfast buffet was a huge highlight with so many different options to choose from. Best of all, the kids had a blast! Great hotel and a lovely stay overall. I took my parents and brother there for a weekend retreat and we had a wonderful experience. The property has a fantastic vibe, spacious rooms and extremely attentive room service. Our butler, Yogi Kaushik, was exceptional, as was Sonia from the in-room dining team. The breakfast spread was delicious with an excellent variety to choose from. Mr Rajkumar was particularly attentive and ensured guests were well looked after throughout. The hotel also has many young servers who are full of warmth, energy and smiling faces. While some may still need a little more training and experience, I am sure Rajkumar and the senior staff will mentor them wonderfully over time. Overall, a fantastic experience and a very memorable stay.
