I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Agra, India . I had been staying here since past couple of years but off late i have observed especially about the Options , Quality and Taste of Food has changed to a very positive note. The taste and preparation of Food is better than TAJ Convention Agra on an honest note. I stay in TAJ convention and as well in Holiday Inn Agra , rather i toggle between these 2. but i must admit the Food served in your Cafe G since past couple of months in buffet or Ala Cart is way better in taste than TAJ even though their Chefs and staff are also equally accommodative and polite and try their best but i must say your Cafe G stands ahead of them. Your staff members are also very guest friendly and attentive. Your new chef Mr. Rohit and his team mates Shamim, Aamir and restaurant manager Leelesh, Jitender are great guys. My Kid also insists that i prioritize to book this hotel than TAJ because he likes the food here sine past few months and the personal attention your Chefs and Restaurant staff members give him. One more point i wish to mention is about your Front office manager Mrs. Shalini , she is a thorough professional and very understanding and helpful person. Such staff members mentioned above are an asset to the organization they work for.

We had a brilliant family stay here this past September. The absolute highlight was breakfast around 8:30 AM on our second day. The dining hall was packed, but Saheba noticed our kids looking impatient and immediately sorted out some hot dosas and fresh mango juice without us even having to wave anyone down. Harender and Swarup checked on our corner table by the window every few minutes, bringing out warm parathas straight from the tawa and making sure our tea cups were never empty. That kind of attention during the morning rush was extremely perfect for us after a long drive. Our room was really comfy too, but the kindness of the staff in the restarant made the trip so memorable. We will definitely book here again next time we come down to Agra.

We were here for birthday celebration of my younger one. We were here for 2 night stay. Chef Rahul and rest of the staff were so humble and kind. Their hospitality was one of a kind. Took care of our kids and us in all best possible ways. Would recommend stay at Holiday inn, Agra.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hospitality was outstanding-the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent quality. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly loved every moment of my stay. They were promoting the Punjabi food. The food was really delicious and healthy. I had stayed for a day and I tried Dinner and the next day Breakfast. Everything was really delicious and well served. Chef Rahul and Chef Komal were really helpful and polite.They reacted out us and made sure we tried all the items and they even offered us the Chef's special dishes. I really liked their polite nature and they way treated us . MUST VISIT !!

The experience was truly wonderful and completely worth it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, and special kudos to all the chefs at Holiday Inn for preparing such delicious meals. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend it.

.It was a truly wonderful stay—thank you so much to the entire team at Holiday Inn, Agra! The location is fantastic, right in the prime area, though the ongoing metro construction made it a bit tricky to navigate for our volvo bus. We were a big group of around 200 people coming from very different walks of life, which I know isn’t easy for any team to manage. I could sense the frustration on some of the staff’s faces—like they were wondering, “Where on earth are all these folks from?”—but they still kept their cool and handled everything with such grace. What truly stood out was that no one ever said no to anything. The hospitality was just exceptional. I want to express my humble gratitude to each and every one of you for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. Thank you once again! 🥂 Cheers, guys!
