Amazing location. A short walk to the Taj Mahal, especially convenient if you want to go for sunrise. The rooftop pool was nice too; you can even see the Taj Mahal from the roof.Staff was very friendly.

It was great! The staff has been very kind and quick to fulfill any of our requests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Atmosphere is pleasant and location is fantastic, it is easy to get to any of the attractions you might like to visit. Lokesh sir and Afreen ma'am have been very kind and sweet with us throughout our entire stay and made our stay even more comfortable :) 10/10 would recommend! 👍🏻🤍

I stayed in the Superior Room at this hotel and had a mixed but overall good experience. The biggest advantage is the location—it's just around 500 metres from the Taj Gate and is very easy to locate. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the hotel hosts traditional puppet (Kathputli) shows with live music in the evenings, which adds a nice cultural touch. The rooftop has a beautiful swimming pool and offers a stunning sunset view with the Taj Mahal in the backdrop, making it one of the highlights of the stay. The room interiors were nice, and the Superior Room was spacious. However, there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom wasn't well maintained—the flush wasn't working properly, and the lack of proper waterproofing made it feel less clean. Although the room had windows, there wasn't much ventilation. There was also no refrigerator in the room, and the hotel provided RO-filled water bottles instead of packaged drinking water. Despite these issues, the location, ambience, and rooftop experience make it a decent option for staying near the Taj Mahal.

We had a decent experience. The location is perfect, just a 600m walk from Taj Mahal East gate. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants around. The rooms were decent but not at par with the cost of stay. Mr. Ajit was very cooperative and provided us with a better room instantly on request. If you would like to have a convenient choice, Hotel Atulya Taj is a good option.

Mixed but disappointing experience at Hotel Atulyaa Taj. Positives first: the food was good and the staff did accommodate our request for baby food (zero salt, unfried), which we appreciated. The rooftop setup with a view of the Taj Mahal is nice, and the location is very convenient (around 700–800 meters from East Gate) with shops right outside. However, there were several serious issues: I booked a “Superior Room with outside view” but was given a basement room with no window and noticeable dampness – clearly misleading. Hygiene concerns: dirty bathtub and an unusable kettle (had something burnt stuck inside). Safety issue: faulty fan switch causing sparks. Basic maintenance gaps even after room change (missing fittings, no proper bathroom door mechanism). No replenishment of water, tea/coffee, or basic amenities during the stay. Special requests made during booking (birthday arrangement and late check-out) were completely ignored. Inconsistent service – for example, welcome drink not offered at check-in but offered to other guests later. The room was changed on request, but the second room still had multiple issues. Overall, while the location and food are good, the room quality, maintenance, and service consistency need serious improvement - especially for families traveling with infants.

Very disappointing experience. The room itself was decent, but the AC was not working properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had water accumulated on the floor, which was unhygienic. I had selected and received confirmation for certain facilities through Agoda, but the hotel did not provide those amenities at all. This was misleading and unacceptable. The staff was also rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. On top of that, whenever we brought any food or drinks from outside, the reception demanded an extra ₹500 per item, which was never mentioned during booking. Overall, the service was poor, the hotel did not honor the confirmed booking benefits, and the staff's behavior made the experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Atulyaa Taj! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Taj Mahal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. Great rooftop view and good food as well. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay!

Hi, The hotel is really nice and very clean. The staff is well educated and take care of everything with luggage. In addition, two restaurant and a cafe is good. Just you have to walk 10 minutes from taj mahal east gate. Overall, great location and service. I recommend for next time and mostly family. It is very safe place. Thanks,
