Guests mention

Room Requests: Some guests mention rooms can feel small and bathrooms may show age, so asking for a recently updated room at check-in is worth it.
Parking Check: Guests mention parking is often full, and the backup lot has a narrow entrance, so it's worth confirming the parking arrangement on arrival.
In-Room Amenities: Several guests say air-conditioning and TV units can be faulty, so it's best to test them on arrival and ask the front desk for a fix or a room change if needed.

If your last name is not Patel or Singh, then you will be treated like an outsider and disrespected. The room did not have a working AC or TV so I was switched to another room. The staff was a bit entitled and arrogant about handling certain situations. The housekeeping was aggressive about receiving tips. I ran out of soap and needed more and the guy who refilled it would not leave my room until I tipped him. When I gave him a lecture about taking advantage of tourists, I handed him a small tip and it wasn’t enough for him and he demanded more. I had to force him out of the room. I had another staff member demand money from me as well. This is what I don’t like about India. My experiences have been full of selfishness and this hotel lined up with that. To the staff, please keep this in mind if you want people to come visit your country and respect you when you visit ours. Be hospitable and don’t be a stereotype.

I had a wonderful stay at Taj Inn Hotel, Agra. The hotel may not be the largest or most crowded property, but it provided a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were clean, well maintained, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was polite, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. The Taj Mahal is only about 1 km away, making it very convenient for visitors. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant on the fifth floor, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal. Although it is visible from a distance, the view is still stunning, especially during the morning and evening hours. The hotel offers excellent value for money. We stayed as a family of four, and the room cost was only around ₹3,300 per night, which I found very reasonable. Considering the location, cleanliness, service, and restaurant quality, it was one of the best budget-friendly stays of my trip. The food deserves a special mention because it was honestly the best part of my stay. Every meal I tried was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I especially loved the chicken biryani, which was excellent. From the taste to the presentation, everything was impressive. A big compliment to the chefs for maintaining such high quality. The restaurant staff and waiters were also very friendly and attentive, making every meal enjoyable. There was some construction work going on during my visit, but it did not take away from the overall experience. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel with great hospitality, a rooftop view of the Taj Mahal, excellent food, and great value for money, I would definitely recommend Taj Inn Hotel. The food truly won my heart. Every dish I tried was flavorful and well prepared. The chefs and restaurant staff deserve special appreciation for making the dining experience so memorable. I would happily visit again, even if only for the food.

I recently booked this hotel on 14th Feb from MMT. My first priority was a decent hotel with proper car parking so I searched and came to the conclusion to book this hotel, in mmt this hotel showed parking right at the front of the property but the reality is the parking is usually full so they provide you with a different parking space which is horrible. The second parking space is at the back side of the hotel and even it is not a proper parking, it is a small space and even the entry of that parking is very narrow for many modern cars. The rooms are small and colstophobic, the bathroom are not well lit and not cleaned properly. The most important point is that the food taste expired and can also make feel sick and the service is very slow. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone pls be aware

The room is in need of serious maintenance. The walls are in disrepair, and the interior and bathroom feel significantly aged. The bedsheets are all tired from inside and looks like it's stiched with some old saree, Management please do visit room no. 305...

It was pathetic experience in this Hotel. Don't know how they claim this hotel as 3-star. Staffs are good. Parking for bikes is not good. Bathroom is not clean and it smells like 💩. Bedspreads and pillow covers were super dirty, only the reception area felt good. You can get super good hotels at this price.Highly disappointed...
