Good location close to everything. We recently spent 1 night in a 2-bedroom apartment with friends; the unit was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The pool looked very inviting, but we ran out of time to be able to lounge around at the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We look forward to returning when next in Airlie Beach.

Just back from a great stay at The Boathouse Apartments . The location is excellent—right on the harbour and close to everything, so it was very easy to get around and enjoy the town. It’s also very handy to the ferry, which made our day trip to Hamilton Island very easy. I stayed in Apartment 101, a beautifully appointed three-bedroom apartment, with friends for four nights. The main balcony was a highlight, with lovely views. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The pool and spa area was a great place to relax with pool large enough to do a few laps if you're in the mood. The reception team were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Airlie Beach.

Heather and Michelle on reception are wonderful, our 3 bedroom apartment was very well presented. My only small issue was staying 7 nights we asked for 2 more garbage bags and toilet rolls but got told we need to get them from the supermarket. The price we paid I don’t think it would hurt to supply these if asked. Overall fantastic experience

Fantastic location. We walked everywhere and didnt move the car. Brilliant. |Fantastic view of the harbour from each room. So nice to sit on the balcony. Very happy with our choice. For the price we would have loved to have at least a midweek cleaning, amenities refill and linen change. Just be aware that you will have to do this yourself ( do your own laundry, get your own toilet paper , laundry detergent, hand soap etc after the initial supply runs out). Cleaning could be improved ( there was a build up of dust in the light bulbs, the kitchen pans were really dirty and we had to scrub them before using them, the doona had stains on it) but otherwise good. I'm not sure if cleaning is arranged by each individual unit owner and maybe the standard is different in each room?. Some units are privately owned so maybe they rent out their own apartments ? Not sure. Our apartments were nice just a little tired looking with some scratched walls and damaged fittings. Having said all that, i would absolutely return here still. Pool was lovely and big. Can be quite chilly as it's not warmed. No umbrella shades provided. Pool wasn't cleaned one morning as we noticed some rubbish from the day before was still there the next day. Spa was just ok. Tip: being a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to light. I had a room that was next to the stairwells and at night the lights shine in to the bedroom. It's intensely bright. There are blinds but they definitely aren't blockout. Tip: watch out for snakes when walking at night along the path. I almost stood on one. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

The apartment was very clean, beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool, spa and tennis courts were great. Conveniently located just a short 5 minute walk from town. Would recommend!

We had such a great time at whitsunday with the boathouse apartment The view was amazing, staffs were fantastic but few disappointed points with the room. Found hairs on the floors when we entered, dusty smell from extra blanket, ceiling fan at balcony was broken. Other than it's locating at very convenient places 😆. Thanks for your service!

We loved out stay at the Boathouse Apartments over the Easter break. We stayed in room 305 on the top floor and found it very good. The views over the marina are lovely. The room is well appointed and they stock it with tea/coffee, milk, dishwashing tabs and washing powder which is helpful. Woolworths is approximately a 10-15 min walk away and taxi's are consistently available to bring you back. The Coral Seas Hotel is at the other end of the peninsula about a 20 min walk along the beach promenade, pool, location and restaurant are fabulous. The Boathouse and Coral Seas Pavilion or Hotel look to be the nicest accomm at Airley. Would def recommend the Boathouse for self contained stays, the pool is lovely and clean and the staff helpful. There are also restaurants directly below which makes things easier. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect place for families. Location is quiet but it’s close to bars and night life. Spacious apartments, outstanding view from the balcony, swimming pool which is open until 10pm, everything is clean and tidy. The location is quiet but close to bars and night life
