Very mixed feelings about this one. It’s definitely overpriced and not a resort. Quality is unfortunately not corresponding to the price we paid. For the same price we stayed in 4* hotel with the sea view and delicious breakfast in the Puglia region. As to this place - The surrounding is nice. It’s located around olive trees but only reachable by car. There is pool but it wasn’t super clean at the time of our stay. I wouldn’t go in. The room and bathroom are old and require an upgrade. There is no heating in the room (even though it’s included on the booking.com) It was very cold during the night - 10 degrees outside - and we could not turn on the heater. Breakfast is basic. Overall, I’d be a nice place to stay if the price was much lower.

I have mixed feelings about this place. First and foremost it is not a resort. It's a gated villa split into rooms, has its own parking and a pool. From the exterior it is beautiful. From the interior it is ok. The beds are very uncomfortable spring mattresses and the bathroom needs an upgrade or some maintenance at the very least. The breakfast offered here is fresh & local, but I wouldn't call it abundant. No warm food, not even eggs and you need to plan for an early breakfast because a lot of the items do not get replenished. The coffee is good, but then again they're Italian. The hosts are really nice and helpful but unfortunately that is only part of the experience.

However: The quadruple room is in the attic, completely dark (two small windows), the soundproofing is terrible, and we were woken up at 5 a.m. both mornings by birds and rodents scratching on the roof. The refrigerator made a racket as if the wind were blowing through the apartment. The TV is ridiculous, the beds (two camp beds) are all spring mattresses, and since it was raining, it was cold at night (15 degrees Celsius outside during the day and 10 at night). We asked for the heating to be turned on. At first, the owner refused, claiming it was a B&B and that if the police came, they would be responsible. After checking and reviewing the photos in the Booking.com listing, he confirmed that heating was indeed provided, which is supposed to be individual heating, not a shared system that he locks. He ended up turning it on for us in the evening. We wanted to change our plans and leave because the photos didn't match those on the Booking.com website, but he wouldn't let us cancel. Oh, and to top it all off, his work calls on speakerphone starting at 8 am! In short, we don't recommend this place, but we found plenty of other exceptional options. Commençons par le positif: l emplacement est parfait, l extérieur est joli, tout est propre, le petit déjeuner bon et les dames qui le servent très gentilles . Par contre : La chambre quadruple est sous les combles dans le noir (2 petites fenêtres) , l insonorisation est cata et nous etions réveillés les deux matins à 5h entre les oiseaux et rongeurs qui grattaient sur le toit. Le frigo faisait un vacarme comme si le vent soufflait dans l appartement. La télé est ridicule, les lits (2 lits de camps) et tous a ressorts et comme il pleuvait il faisait froid dans la nuit (15 degrés dehors le jour et 10 la nuit). Nous avons demande a ce que l on nous mette du chauffage. Au debut le propritaire ne voulait pas pretextant que c est. Un b&b et que si la police venait ils eraiy responsable. Apres verification et photo de l annonce booking il a bien mis chauffage ce qui est censé etre un chauffage individuel et non collectif qu il verrouille . Il a donc fini par nous le mettre en soiree. Nous avons voulu changer et partir car les photos ne correspondaient pas à celles sur le site booking mais il n a pas voulu que nous annulions . Ah et le pompon ses coups de fils pro sur haut parleur dès 8h! Bref nous ne recommandons pas ce lieu mais avons trouve plein d autres endroits exceptionnels

There's a large covered parking lot outside, very convenient and secure, and we were promptly given the keys and remote control for the automatic gate, allowing us to access the property completely independently.
