4/5 = worth the price Price = 51€ / night / person The room was in OK condition (needs small maintenance) and clean. The breakfast was good. The hotel's staff was nice and welcoming. The swimming pool area could feel small if the hotel is full of guests. They've put artificial grass around the swimming pool, but they should have kept the wooden floor. A part of this area (the one with what looks like a bar counter, concrete floor) needs some renovation and paving to make it nice. The location is cute and the hotel is 5 minutes away by car from Alberobello.

Avoid for your health & safety. Very dirty rooms, no plugs even for phone charging, very low quality bad smelling breakfast leads to acute diarrhea. Luckily we stayed only 2 nights. There was water outage, they carried water with trucks! Housekeeping guys cannot speak Italian or English. We strictly tried to tell them not to enter to our room but they did and didn't touch anything except they opened the window. That night we hosted mosquitos in our room. We complaint about it, they gave us mosquito tablet as a solution. One morning during breakfast fire alarms went off which they couldn't stop and did nothing. We had our breakfast at the terrace where we anticipate that it is not cleaned for weeks. Rotted fruits, heavy smelling eggs, greasy bacon was the breakfast. First order of the manager lady was not to park in front of the hotel. Even for carrying your luggages. If you complin, she says "I'm just a worker here". I think this hotel was a fine one in the past, but now it definitely needs a management change.

We booked this hotel for three nights, expecting a 4-star standard as advertised on Booking.com, but unfortunately the reality was very disappointing. The hotel feels old and neglected. The only positive aspects were the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, the peaceful location, and the convenient distance to Alberobello. The receptionist who welcomed us was friendly and pleasant.

I specifically booked this hotel outside the city to restful stay. Unfortunately, that turned out to be impossible because the hotel was full of school groups. It was a nightmare. The kids were shouting and running around everywhere. The breakfast area looked like a trash bin after they had been there. The teachers were sitting at a separate table and didn’t seem to care about the children at all. I couldn’t sleep at all. Changing rooms was not an option, as there were so many children throughout the entire hotel. The reception staff were unable to help — they said the manager was not on site and there was nothing they could do. There were also maintenance issues: the toilet seat panel kept falling off repeatedly. The breakfast was nothing special: poor-quality bread, only one type of cheese and cold cuts, and sweet pastries that seemed to be from a supermarket. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

TRAGIC experience. I stayed with my girlfriend and our dog, and within three hours we already knew we had to leave and book another place. The first impression was already bad. When we arrived, we tried to get basic information about the property. It is a huge building and we did not know where to park, where the room was located or where to leave our luggage. The woman at reception barely understood English and responded with attitude instead of helping us. We were also charged an extra 15 euros per day for the dog. This was not clearly stated anywhere except hidden in the policies. Room 305 The room was unacceptable. - Dirty and old furniture - Bugs inside the room - AC not working - Dirty pillowcases - Dusty corners and spiders I went to reception with photos to explain the condition and ask for a room change. She did not understand and simply called someone to clean the room. What made the situation even worse is that she did not offer any refund or compensation, not even the 15 euros per day for the dog, even though we stayed less than three hours in total. Overall: One of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Poor communication, dirty room, hidden fees and no professionalism. We left and booked another place the same day.

A fantastic location, perfect for visiting Alberobello either before or after your stay. The hotel itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful poolside area, an elegant reception, and a stylish dining space. The atmosphere is wonderfully serene, making it an ideal retreat.

Lovely character hotel, it's not in the middle of nowhere, it's under 10 mins drive to Alerebello which is the reason for staying here. It not a hotel you would choose if you didnt have a car but perfect for our 4 nights here to explore Alberobello and the surrounding area and an hour drive from amazing Matera. Breakfast was very good but a bit limited for me needing gluten free options. We had an evening meal here one night which was very nice. Lovely pool area with country views. |Our room was a bit small but quite adequate for us.

This hotel is a great choice if you want to be close to Alberobello but still enjoy a peaceful, remote location. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The highlight was the beautiful swimming pool area, surrounded by lavender—it felt magical. We loved the serene atmosphere and wished we could have stayed for a week. P.s. I accidentally deleted my review in booking and came all the way here to still leave a review, because to me this was one of the highlights of the trip.
