My wife and I had a wonderful stay here during our visit to Amsterdam! The entire place is very clean, modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. A special shout-out to Shirley at the front desk! She was absolutely amazing — incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. She made us feel comfortable right away and genuinely made our stay that much better. Great customer service can make a huge difference when you’re traveling, and Shirley definitely went above and beyond. The property itself is fantastic, but having someone like Shirley welcoming and helping guests really takes the experience to another level. Thank you, Shirley, for your kindness and hospitality! We truly appreciated you and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

I attended Epicor Insights Europe 2026 from 22 to 24 June, and the venue was excellent for a conference. The main auditorium was spacious and comfortable, with several breakout rooms available for the smaller sessions. Water, coffee, pens, and paper were provided throughout, and the facilities were very convenient, with toilets easily accessible across the venue. The food was also great, including breakfast, lunch, mid-afternoon snacks, and dinner. The only small improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning in the breakout rooms and hotel rooms, which could have been slightly better. Other than that, everything was amazing. The service was outstanding, especially from Zhenya, who made sure we were well looked after during the main dinner and continued to check on us throughout the evening and even the following day. The waiters from James Company, Manuel Gaëtano and Abed, were also brilliant, serving us with kindness and professionalism. Overall, the whole experience was one to remember. The hotel, together with Zhenya, Manuel Gaëtano, and Abed, truly made the event remarkable.

I always feel at home everytime I'm staying in this hotel, upon arrival I was greeted by Mr Orly and helped me checked in and went very smooth and fun, I got a big room and treated like a VIP, I think I'm also upgraded. If thats the case then Im super glad coz thats a very Luxury Hotels approach. I also met Cris , Paige and Mariam, they are always very polite, friendly and Helpful and they always respond immediately. The room was spacious, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast is extremely good , super friendly and helpful staff. I asked for a late check out and Mr Ray just agreed easily. He is infact the epitome of luxury in hospitality, professionalism and customer service at par! Over all im fully satisfied and will recommend this hotel to my visiting friends and family in Amsterdam. I definitely come back again and Ihope very soon. *very easy access to the central station via train and metro (7-15 min)

Very happy to give this hotel five stars. In fact, in some ways I preferred it to the much more expensive Art 'otel (in the same Radisson group) in central Amsterdam. The hotel here had very friendly and helpful staff, including Leodore who helped check us in using the automated check in computers (which has said "no" when I input my reservation number), and the man who let us check out late owing to the heavy rain. Spacious pink and purple room (I had a suite, room 941), good breakfast (better than the Art 'otel) and a great location just five mins walk from Sloterdijk station. There's nothing to do near the hotel that interested us, but it's only five mins on the train to Amsterdam Centraal (around €3) and about twenty minutes on the tram to the city centre too. It's much cheaper staying here than in central Amsterdam, and whilst first impressions when you arrive are disappointing, with sometimes long queues, and whilst the area is rather soulless, it's easy to get to and to travel out from. I would certainly consider it again.

I stayed at this hotel during a visit to Amsterdam. To start with the positives, the location was very good. It is situated in a newer and quieter part of the city, with convenient access to both the airport and the main attractions. The surrounding area felt safe, modern, and peaceful. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was also good, offering a decent variety and good overall quality. Unfortunately, the overall stay was disappointing in several ways. While I appreciate the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, I felt that some of the environmental measures were taken too far and came at the expense of guest comfort. The towels in my room were visibly worn and beginning to fray. The pillows were not particularly comfortable, and there were no alternative pillow options available in the room. The quality of the bathroom amenities, such as the shampoo and shower gel, was also below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. In addition, the absence of basic comfort items such as slippers, a dental kit, or similar amenities made the stay feel less welcoming than expected. I fully support environmentally responsible practices, but I do not believe guest comfort should be sacrificed in the process. Replacing worn towels or providing a few basic amenities is unlikely to have a meaningful environmental impact, yet it would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, the hotel was not terrible, but considering the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of comfort. For that reason, I would probably not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it as a good value-for-money option.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Honestly it was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. The AC in our room was not cooling. The staff was extremely prompt. They tried to fix the AC and when it did not work, they very promptly changed our room and even gave us a complementary drink voucher at their bar. Honestly very refreshing to see good hospitality and service in Europe.

Was decent but definitely not top notch. Train station is walking distance. Casino next door. Water refill is at the reception. Smooth check in process. Can accommodate customer request to stay in higher floor (I didn’t ask but they offered). Bed is always too soft. Furnitures could be improved with a more ergonomic design.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here a few years ago and had a great experience, mainly because the staff was incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. We arrived at around 11:00 a.m. and tried to use the self check-in, but it wasn’t possible. We completely understand that check-in is officially at 3:00 p.m., and we weren’t expecting immediate access to our room. Our flights had been changed, so we arrived much earlier than planned. All we asked was to be notified if the room became available before 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the staff refused and simply told us to come back at 3:00 p.m. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we didn’t book the cheapest room. In fact, we paid for one of the more expensive room categories and even purchased an upgrade. At around 2:30 p.m., our room still wasn’t ready, while we could clearly see many other guests checking in. The customer service was particularly disappointing. One blonde staff member with curly hair was especially unfriendly. I understand that hotels have policies, but many other hotels are happy to notify guests when their room becomes available and often prioritize guests who arrive early when possible. Refusing even such a simple request reflects poor customer service and an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. It’s disappointing because I had such positive memories of this hotel from my previous visit. Sadly, this stay was the complete opposite, and because of the service, I would not choose to stay here again.
