Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was professional and knowledgeable, and helpful with finding answers. The room is controlled by a tabletter by the bed, this was a new experience for me, but quite intuitive after using it for a bit. The only real downside of this hotel is the location, especially on foot. If you have a car this is a brilliant place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The area isn’t touristy, so it’s fairly quiet and nice, but very well reachable by metro: only 13 min subway ride to central station , and the station is a short walk away. Amstel train station is also nearby, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, I loved the towels, which were very soft and fluffy. I found the motion activated light in the bathroom a little annoying, especially since it often went off while I was showering, because no movement could be detected, so I had to open the shower cabine to set the light back on. We did not try breakfast as 23 euro per person seemed a little overpriced. Overall, I found the value good for money. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel rooms, modern, and clean. Love a room that gets completely dark with self closing curtains. Bathroom I wish had heating, but otherwise good. Checkin and out was very smooth and the workers were helpful when we needed help. Easy location to get to from the airport via the trains and metro. Can go to Overamstel or sparkelweg (or something akin to those names). And quite easy to get to the city as well from here

This hotel is on the outskirts of Amsterdam but it’s only a 10 minute walk to the Metro and similar time ride to Central Station. We found this OK as it meant we were in a quiet area. We had a room on the 16th floor which was great. The room was fine with pretty well everything you would need. The bath towels could have been a big bigger but otherwise all fine. The biggest issue is that the internet was working only intermittently and the television not at all for two of the three days we were there. Just bad luck, although best not to say it will be fixed in an hour when it couldn’t be fixed in 48 hours. The breakfast was pretty good and the lady welcoming us there was always friendly. Staff were generally fine anyway. We never used the bar or the restaurant so can’t comment. It’s a decent hotel to stay in when in Amsterdam.

Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. 1. The beds in the twin room were extremely small. They were so narrow that it was difficult even to turn over while sleeping, making the stay very uncomfortable. 2. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The hotel advertises high-speed internet, but that was not my experience at all. The connection was already slow during the day, and after 11:00 p.m. it became almost unusable. 3. The check-out time is too early. Most hotels allow guests to check out at 12:00 p.m., but this hotel requires check-out by 11:00 a.m., which is unnecessarily inconvenient. 4. The location is not convenient. The hotel is quite isolated, and there are almost no dining options nearby. Apart from a McDonald’s, there is practically nowhere else to eat. Overall, I don’t think this hotel offers good value for money, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great rooms and service! Staff were so kind. Location quite out of the way - closest train station is Amstel, 25 mins by foot with luggage; otherwise tram stop is about 5-10 mins away. Don't rent bikes from them/myhotelbike though coz not upkept.

Really comfortable stay, helpful and polite staff, clean, quiet room with comfortable beds, good shower. Easy to reach from city centre using frequent metro service. Will definitely book again next time we visit Amsterdam.

The hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty—the curtains had what looked like vomit stains, and the toilet also had vomit marks on it when we checked in. After arriving, we called housekeeping because the floor was sticky. The cleaner only wiped one small spot instead of properly cleaning the floor. Housekeeping also came at inconvenient times, usually when we wanted privacy, even though we were out of the hotel for most of the day. The fridge didn’t even have complimentary water, and there were no slippers provided in the room. To make matters worse, when we checked out, nobody even asked how our stay had been. Overall, this was a very low-quality hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.
