Loved the quiet neighbourhood. Room is small yet clean and cosy. And a small pack of yummy chocolates as welcome gift. ❤️ Quite a distance from the nearest metro which is actually 1km base on google map and Apple map.The sound proof is very bad. I can even hear my “neighbour” chatting in the middle of the night. And whenever they open or close the door, my wall can shake. 😂But overall stay is 👍👍👍👍

We stayed here for a week beginning July and we had a fantastic stay here. We had an unfortunate accident as my partner broke her elbow and we found that the staff were outstanding in their concern and arranging taxis for local hospital, particularly the 2 ladies on night shift. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We can't praise the staff and management enough. Thank you|The Hotel is a boutique hotel which had a very ambient atmosphere and lovely decor. The room was small but comfortable with a large telly. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel well in advance. Nearly last minute, we were informed our booking had been changed to a sister hotel a 15 minute walk away (reviewed elsewhere), with no reason given. As a gesture of apology, this hotel said they would refund our parking costs at the "My Way Plantage" parking area (the one for the zoo nearby this hotel). I sent the invoice. I got an obviously AI-powered response thanking me for sending them the invoice. No reimbursement of parking costs was ever received. Additionally, the hotel sent spam mail to upsell crap to me before our stay, a stay which they didn't even honor. Ridiculous all around.

I usually don’t do reviews but this place truly deserves a higher rating. From the second I arrived to the second I left everything was perfect! I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and even there, I have never had such a genuine and friendly experience with staff. Usually it seems as they put on a fake smile because it’s their job, but not here. Everyone truly was so warm, welcoming and kind, fulfilling all emergency requests. No matter what I needed, they made it possible! Not even a late checkout was an issue here. I stayed in the Superior King room and I was pleasantly surprised of how spacious everything was. The pictures definitely made it seem much smaller. Yet the modern and bright rooms perfectly represent what the rooms looked like, including a nice view with beautiful sunlight in the morning. The location was perfect, everything was reachable within a short walk. Yet a much better experience than being right in the center. This was my first time staying here but definitely not the last! -Big thank you to the Team, you made my trip perfect

Absolutely loved our stay. We were a family of 3 from India and we took a larger room. They put in a cute separate bed for our child and the room overlooking the canal had beautiful large windows with great light. We spent some time just hanging in our room - it was that lovely - with the sunlight streaming in. Special mention to the staff (especially Seth at reception) - they were excellent, always smiling and helpful. We arrived early (12 noon) and they let us have our room right away since it was ready. (That usually doesn’t happen - even if the room is available. Most hotels won’t let you check in before 3pm) The only negative was the bathroom. It was tiny in comparison to the room. But we managed fine!

Hotel itself looks nice, clean & cozy. Location is excellent, close to a tram station, walking distance to city center. Service is appalling. Reception staff (3pm- evening shift) was unfriendly, unwelcoming & rude. 1 of the 2 rooms wasn't ready for 3pm check in despite them knowing our arrival time. Asked if we can check out an hour late since the room wouldn't be ready until an hour later (4pm.) I was told no, and that its not receptions fault. It was housekeeping's fault. I said I travel frequently & never in my life encountered a room not being ready, no notification via the very active WhatsApp. Just said she can't do anything unfortunately. I asked for an alternative room that was ready but said she cant do anything. 3pm is already late. The hotel was not busy at all, reception was empty at 3pm on a Friday. We had somewhere booked so couldn't wait around. They tried to compensate with candies & complimentary drinks but still no asking how the stay has been, no apologies whatsoever. Housekeeping also not great, requested cleaning, they didn't even clean the floor, left used towels & mugs. Its a shame because the hotel itself is beautiful, great location, but service is terrible.

Very clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. Beautiful venue and nice location. Not very noisy which was nice with a nice room and get shower and amenities like the gym and restaurant available. Good value for money.

Great location only 20 minute walk to th city centre we came here in September last year amd decided to rebook the same hotel. It's had a makeover since then but still really nice.
