Great location with very nice and welcoming staff. Rooms are small (expected in Europe) but were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, it was very quiet - we only heard the occasional door close. AC worked like a charm. And breakfast was great with fresh baguette, croissants and jams!

The location is phenomenal so close to the train station, lake and centre of town. The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and available when needed. Breakfast was decent, well catered for, a cold continental breakfast, fresh bean coffee machine, juices, cereal, cold meats, breads, toast, cheese, yogurts etc. No lift in the hotel. We had room 18. It's a corner room so there is a dual aspect with views of a canal from both windows. Bed: was OK but probably time that it had a decent mattress installed. Tea and coffee making facilities was good. TV - the remote was almost bigger than the screen of the TV. Bathroom: was a joke. How they can get away with how they've arranged the bathroom is questionable. A toilet which is wedged between the wall and screen of the shower. With a loo paper holder in the way was ridiculous. The floor in the bathroom is cracked and lifting, looks cheap and nasty. The shower's water pressure was poor and the temperature was 'warm' at best. I'm glad that we only had 1 night here.

We had a truly delightful stay at Atipik Hôtel.|It felt like a miniature France — in the room, the bathroom, and the breakfast. And this lovely compactness turned out to be one of the most charming things about it. It carried the true spirit and flair of France. Despite the small space, everything was done with impeccable taste and style. Every detail felt thoughtful, warm, and genuine. Special thanks to the reception team — smiling, welcoming, and sincerely helpful. They made us feel at home from the first moment. We were deeply touched by the entire experience: Annecy itself, the hotel’s cozy atmosphere, the wonderful staff, and the elegance in simplicity. We will gladly return and warmly recommend this hotel to others.

In terms of location, I give Atipik Hotel full marks, 5 minutes from train station and 5 mins from the beautiful lake . Lots of Coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. Location is especially important as it is my first time in Annecy. For the team, I want to give 6 stars. They are super helpful, energetic and friendly. Special shoutouts to Martin who is my super hero. I was not expecting the cold weather, Martin moved me to a warmer room immediately after I feel the original room was too cold. I read some previous previews regarding the noise level but it is the nature of any historic building. I lived in a Victorian house and I can hear my neighbours all the time. It is absolutely not an issue. I highly recommend Hotel Atipik to anyone who wish to explore Annecy.

Booked this hotel at midnight not knowing that it was for the evening after midnight as I needed it for the time I booked it which it wasn’t clear on trip.com. I went to the reception and the lady said the money hadn’t been taken and won’t be taken, she said this wouldn’t be taken. I asked for a cancellation straight away and a refund from the hotel on trip they gave me no human response at all just straight rejected my request. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this hotel.

I had an amazing two night stay here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful, they recommended restaurants, stores and things to see around the area. They also helped me rent a bike to go explore around the lake! The hotel is right in the middle of the town, and super conveniently located for a visit if you are interested in shopping around locally!! Everyone was super friendly and all the staff went above and beyond! As a solo female traveller this was the perfect hotel, I felt very safe and taken care of and the breakfast and the beef bourguignon were delicious!! Thank you so much!

Wonderful hotel! Great location - a short walk from the bus/train station and then right around the corner from the Old Town. The staff were SO nice. Helped me with my luggage as I had all my ski gear. I also appreciated being able to store my luggage before and after my stay. Beds were very comfortable and I loved my little view of the canal. Shower could have been hotter but the bathroom was nice and clean overall. I felt very comfortable there as a solo female traveler. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. I really loved how easy it was to walk anywhere in the city from the hotel. Joanna was great! She speaks so many languages and gave me useful information. Will be coming back with my family for sure another year!
