We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and went above and beyond, especially Khalifa (evening shift) and Iveta (day shift), who helped us store our baby’s medicine and food in the fridge and freezer. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions, the train station, and a parking garage, with a nice discount for hotel guests. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The location is super great. Near bus station. Bed is very comfortable. Staff were also helpful and polite. Caution: There are four floors but the elevator goes to only third floor. Not good if you have heavy luggage.

Staff very welcoming. Great location, a couple of minutes walk from the bus station, very central. Beds extremely comfortable, we slept so well. Good shower too. Rooms are clean, not huge but totally adequate. Good breakfast though I would say it was a little bit cramped in the breakfast room it was manageable, and they offered amazing choice in a very compact space.

Location is great, about 2 minutes walk form the old town.The hotel was clean, and served a good breakfast for EU15.Iveta and Olesia on the front desk were very friendly and helpful.The room had great air conditioning, but the shower was a massive let down, with a tiny under pressure shower head.

I just stayed 3 days at this hotel because it’s right next to the Gare Centrale in Annecy. So it’s very well located few steps from the charming old town and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The receptionist Yveta is exceptional, very helpful, very accommodating. She gave us touristic information and made sure my room and probably all rooms got cleaned thoroughly every day. We slept beautifully. Thank you Yveta❤️

The beds are a good size which is not usual. But the TV was busted. The air conditioning doesn't work well. I'm still sweating after running it for 3.5 hours.

The receptionists are very nice people. Iveta ,Olesa and the young man from Cape Verde are amazing making up for the badly managed dirty and smelly of fungus and mold hostel. Please don't book . The female at the kitchen is also possibly a cleaner as well . She is ignorant to the customers, has no customer service or people skills and did not clean our room for 3 nights out of 4 nights. It was our third time in Annecy and we will come back not to this place again.

The hotel is clean and visually well maintained. It is also very well located, which is one of its main advantages. However, it feels somewhat overpriced given the limited size of the rooms and, more importantly, because of a major issue affecting comfort. A Thai restaurant operates on the ground floor, and the very strong kitchen smell permeates the rooms. The odor is extremely intense, persistent, and penetrating. It is strong enough to cause real discomfort, disturb sleep, and cling to clothes and personal belongings. This is not a minor inconvenience, and the hotel should clearly inform guests about it in advance. Attempts to mask the smell with ambient fragrances only make matters worse, resulting in an unpleasant mixture of odors. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for 15 euros, which seems overpriced considering the limited variety and overall quality of the food selection. It is important to note that the hotel does not have its own parking. Guests need to use a public parking lot located a couple of blocks away. The hotel cannot reserve spaces there, so there is no guarantee that a spot will be available upon arrival. However, the hotel does provide parking discounts. In summary, while the establishment is tidy and very well located, the overpowering kitchen odor, the lack of guaranteed parking, and the modest value for money of certain services significantly detract from the overall experience.
