I had a wonderful stay at Aspen Hotel and would definitely recommend it! The location is perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Kaleiçi, with its charming streets, restaurants and lovely atmosphere. It was my first time travelling alone to Antalya, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Although the area can be quite lively and noisy, the rooms are very well insulated. Once the windows are closed, you barely hear anything from outside. The air conditioning was also a big plus, especially during the hot days in Antalya. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. I especially appreciated that, since my room wasn’t ready when I arrived early and I was very tired, they offered me another available room where I could rest until mine was ready. They also kindly allowed me a later check-out on my departure day, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Volkan, who was always very friendly, attentive and quick to help with anything I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay at Aspen Hotel again on my next trip to Antalya and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Right in the middle of the old town, the positives of the room are outweighed by a pool in need of a shock and multiple cats in the dining room.|The room was spacious with decent AC and a good shower. I blanket on the bed, no sheet between you and it so you have to hope it is washed between uses, and it's a bit small for the bed size.|The pool was an ok temperature but the water is cloudy so it's obviously not checked and balanced daily as it should be.|The worst thing was the cats wandering the indoor, no open doors to the outside, dining room. That is just disgusting. I couldn't eat after realising they were there as who knows if they go near the food, plates or cutlery.

Centrally located, clean hotel. Reaching here can be a challenge as it is in a small alley. Basic room doesnt have much ameneties not even kettle but upon requesting i was given one. Room service do not refill water but can be given after asking for us. Breakfast is minimal and most of the days isnt a buffet but a set plate containing cheese, chicken slices, eggs etc.I would recommend the hitel for its location and cleanliness.

Aspen hotel is beautiful, romantic, and has a classy vibe to it, located around historical sites very fun to explore. It’s about 2mins away from Marinan beach by foot. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. If you enjoy partying but still want a calm atmosphere than this is the perfect hotel to visit. Cafes, restaurants and nightlife are very close by the hotel while the hotel still remains calm if you enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. It felt family - friendly oriented which I truly loved. If you are like me and enjoy long walks, this is definitely a nice place to visit. The nature is beautiful and the food is amazing. The pictures are mostly taken from different places surrounding Aspen Hotel. I definitely recommend! I had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff at Aspen Hotel. I thank Volkan and Ayaz who were incredibly welcoming, professional and kind for there outstanding hospitality and service. They are great examples of what excellent hospitality looks like. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Aspen Hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the very first day. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from beautiful Mermerli Beach and the charming streets of Kaleiçi. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms as well as the common areas were very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Old hotel in old town Kaleici on a hill (lots of these) rooms are what they are as hotel is old but they keep the place spotless inside. Room was smaller than expected and bed quite small but air con worked well and shower very good. Breakfast ample and tried a few things new. Pool area is small but again well kept and always a bed available while we were their.

Nicely located hotel in the old town, near the viewpoint. Warm pool, sweet oranges growing, and a bar onsite. Common spaces and staff were great - beautiful marble staircases. Room was a good size, but in need of some updates (rusty faucet, water damaged trim in several places). Breakfast buffet was extensive and quite delicious.

We stayed at the Aspen Hotel in Kaleiçi (Antalya's Old Town), and our experience was excellent from beginning to end. Before we even arrived, we had an issue with our Booking.com reservation. Our original booking included breakfast, but due to a problem with the platform, we had to make a new reservation, which ended up costing more and did not include breakfast. After explaining the situation to the Front Office Manager, **Hande**, she handled everything with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and empathy. Even though she had no obligation to do so, she decided to include breakfast for my entire family (four of us). That gesture meant a great deal to us and showed what genuine customer care is all about. Throughout our stay, Hande was outstanding. On another day, we had a problem with a tour pickup because vehicles are not allowed to enter the Old Town. She did everything she could to help us, contacted a transportation company, and stayed with us until we found the best solution. We eventually decided to drive ourselves, but her willingness to help and her genuine concern were remarkable. As for the hotel itself, it is exactly what you should expect from a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of the Old Town. If you are looking for a large luxury resort, this is a different concept. However, if you appreciate authenticity, character, a perfect location, and outstanding hospitality, this hotel is an excellent choice. Our room was spotless every single day. The housekeeping team made the bed, replenished all the amenities, cleaned everything thoroughly, and even folded our clothes and pyjamas with great care. It was the attention to these small details that really stood out. Another major advantage was the private parking, which was extremely convenient since we had rented a car during our trip. My five-star rating is not only because of the hotel itself, but above all because of the wonderful people who work there. Hande's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, together with the excellent service provided by the entire team, made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for making our holiday even more special. I highly recommend Aspen Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.
