Had a great stay at Best Western! The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Burhan at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a top experience and definitely recommended. I would happily stay here again when visiting Antalya!

We stayed at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in Antalya june. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a great central location, and most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Burhan, İrem, and another dark haired receptionist whose name we unfortunately did not catch. They were always kind, professional, and made us feel very welcome. The main disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for renovations hence the 4 stars, when we arrived Eventhough it was supposed to be open in June. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, especially since we were traveling with kids who was excited for the pool. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the closure before our trip. had hoped it would open earlier but it didn’t so as they weren’t sure either. The pool reopened after 6 days so we could only enjoy it for the last two days of our stay. Had we known before hand that it got closed for renovation by travel agency or best western we would have changed hotel. Housekeeping could have been improved. The room was not always cleaned thoroughly, bed sheets were not changed very often, and toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and toilet paper were not regularly refilled. Since we were three people staying in the room, we often had to ask for more supplies. The tea and coffee provided in the room were only available at the beginning of our stay and were not replaced afterwards. We also had one unusual experience with a shorthaired housekeeper who took an extra roll of toilet paper from our room after cleaning, which felt a little strange. We had 2 and half before and needed it instead of calling for refill. After she cleaned we had 1 and half. It’s not very hygienic to take one roll…. It’s stingy and weird. Same housekeeper didn’t always clean properly and refill shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper or coffee, tea. Eventhough I tipped a lot in beginning. Despite these issues, we appreciated the friendly staff and the hotel’s location. With better communication about the pool closure and more consistent housekeeping, our stay would have been even better.

Wonderful experience! The location is perfect, just steps away from the old town, the shopping center, and a beautiful beach. Everything is within walking distance. The staff are professional and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and well‑maintained. The restaurant is excellent, especially the diverse international breakfast buffet that caters to all tastes. I would definitely stay here again.”

Outstanding stay from start to finish! The staff at Best Western Khan were genuinely warm and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the kind of hospitality you don't forget. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a full day. The location is excellent — convenient to everything you need without the noise. And the breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, generous, and a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

Central location. Very close to markets, stores and restaurants. Hotel workers are polite and speak decent English. Breakfast is pretty good but gets kina repetitive if you stay for 5+ days.The only semi-bad thing is an elevator - very slow.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel, Antalya! I absolutely loved my stay at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in Antalya. Everything was outstanding—from the excellent location to the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Antalya, making it incredibly convenient to explore the old town, marina, shopping areas, restaurants, and major attractions, all within easy walking distance. The view was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a very relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. What truly made our experience memorable was the hotel staff specifically we are thankful of Ms Erum and Mr. Denz for guidelines and cooperation however Every member of the team was exceptionally cooperative, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and quality options to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers excellent comfort, great service, and one of the best locations in Antalya. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone visiting Antalya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in Antalya. Honestly, it deserves 5 stars, not 4! The location is perfect—right in the city center and close to everything. Shops, restaurants, pharmacies, cafés, shopping areas, the Old Town, and many attractions are all within walking distance. It made my trip so convenient because I could go out, come back to the hotel to rest during the hottest hours of the day, and head out again whenever I wanted. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. I also highly recommend the spa—the treatment was amazing and exactly what I needed after long days of exploring Antalya. Every single member of the reception team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Whether it was in the morning, afternoon, or evening, they were always smiling, helpful, and made me feel at home. I especially want to thank İrem. She stood out with her positive energy, beautiful smile, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service. She truly made my stay even more special. I genuinely loved my experience and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Antalya. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent location, outstanding service, and a comfortable stay.

What a great hotel and a fantastic location. The staff were very accommodating with all our needs as our daughter had surgery in Antalya. It was like home away from home. Our house keeper Gulsen was absolutely beautiful. A shout at to Irem at reception and Captain Done in the dining room. There is too many other names to mention but what a great team and service from everyone. 🙂
