Trip.com· a year agoI stayed for four nights at Bilem Hotel Beach & Spa and unfortunately found the experience very disappointing.Rooms and cleanlinessThe air conditioning did not work, and the curtains in the room were partly hanging off. The shower was broken, spraying water in all directions and flooding the bathroom. The tiles around the bath tub were mouldy, the tub itself was stained, and there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioning system. The ground floor constantly smelled of smoke, which seemed to be from staff smoking inside. Beds were adequate, but the pillows were cheap and uncomfortable, and the bed was very hard. Curtains were not blackout, which meant the room was too bright in the morning. The overall decor in both the rooms and the hotel was tired and worn. Rooms facing the pool or road had no real balcony, only a ledge too narrow to sit on. The photographs used online are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the rooms or facilities.Pools, gym, and spaThe outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold and could not be used. By 3.30 p.m. the entire pool area was in shade, and the surrounding furniture and decor were dated and scruffy. The indoor pool was also freezing, the gym equipment did not function, and the showers in the spa were broken.Noise and comfortNoise from the café and bar across the street continued into the night, making sleep difficult. The combination of a hard bed, poor pillows, and lack of blackout curtains made for very uncomfortable nights.Staff and serviceWhen we requested extra pillows, it took eight hours and repeated reminders before we had to fetch them ourselves. We raised a number of other issues with staff during our stay, but the only response we initially received was to come back in the morning. When we did so, we were told to return an hour later to speak with the manager. As we had an excursion planned, this was not possible. Staff then informed us that any potential room move could only take place from 1 p.m. if spare rooms were available. The following day we were also on an excursion, which meant that by the time we were able to check, it was our final night. At that point moving rooms would have been pointless, requiring us to unpack, repack, and then pack again the next morning.Food, drinks, and facilities informationWe did not book breakfast, but it is worth noting that if you do, you must walk out of the hotel, across the car park, down to the beach area, and into a separate restaurant. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and when we asked for a kettle, we were told they do not provide them. This meant we had to go across the road to the café for a morning coffee. There was a restaurant in the hotel, but no information was given on when this was open, so we did not use it. At check-in we were provided with leaflets about purchasing excursions, but no information at all about the hotel itself. We were not told where the pool was, what times it was open or closed, how to access the private beach, what hours it was available, where refreshments could be obtained, what spa facilities existed, or how to book treatments. We only discovered that room service was available on the day we were leaving.Beach and facilitiesThe one positive aspect of the hotel was the private beach area, which was pleasant for swimming and relaxing. However, guests were not permitted to bring their own food or drinks, and on-site prices were high.We occupied two rooms, one on the ground floor and another on the third floor, and both suffered from the same issues. I rarely write negative reviews, but in this case I feel it is only fair to highlight these problems so others are aware of what to expect for the price.

Google· a month agoThis isn't our first stay at the hotel, and definitely not the last one! Great location with an amazing private beach! Service is good but consider improving the cleanliness part and adding kettles and some kitchen equipment to the rooms(you initially had this option back in 2018, get it back!) Ahmet bey the receptionist is a great addition to your staff! (Greetings from Lebanon all the way to him!)

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout my stay. The hotel enjoys a stunning seafront location with breathtaking views across the Mediterranean, and the private beach platform is one of the best features. Comfortable sunbeds, spotless facilities, waiter service, and easy access to the crystal-clear sea make it the perfect place to relax. The food and drinks have been excellent, especially at La Franja Restaurant, where every meal has been beautifully presented and full of flavour. The breakfasts are fantastic, offering a great selection of traditional Turkish and international options. One of the highlights for me has been the atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful day by the sea, a romantic break, or somewhere to enjoy great music, food, and sunshine, Bilem delivers. The hotel is also perfectly positioned for exploring Antalya while still feeling like a private retreat. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s the people who make a hotel memorable, and everyone here has been exceptional. I arrived as a guest and leave feeling like family. I would not hesitate to recommend the Bilem Hotel and I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Tripadvisor· a month agoThis review is written to express my deepest gratitude to two women Yasemin and Mehri, who on the 17th August 2026 saved my life by acting quickly and staying with me till ambulance arrived. On that afternoon I had a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics and I was only a few minutes away from dying. I opened my hotel room door to call for help when the members of room service team, Yasemin and Mehri, found me. They jumped to my aid without any hesitation, called an ambulance straight away, placed me in a recovery position and spoke to me calmly and with kindness. If you are reading this, I would like to say thank you to both of you for your big hearts and your humanity, your love and light is what the world needs more of. Thank you very much for saving my life🙏❤️

Tripadvisor· 4 months agoThis is a terrible hotel. I was on b and b bases. I was here solo on my second trip to antalya to get my teet done. I had temps so eating was not a problem. I shouldn't have worried because everything at breakfast was inedible. I love food and will eat anything s not a picky eater. All the hot food was cold and consited of something with filo pastry that was a soggy mush or something made from mashed tomato mixed with some sorr of spam. There were a selection of different shaped cheeses, all tasting exactly like cheap rubber fetta. A couple of mysterious sliced spam type meets. No toaster. No cereal. No cold drinks, you have to pay extra for them. Water was one bottle next to the coffee and that was warm. The rooms are dated and knocked about. Shower door was off its rollees no cant be closed witch didn't matter because the silicone round the shower tray was so bad that the water flows down under out and floods the bathroom fllor anyway. There is a kettle but nothing else. No cups no glasses or tea and coffee. Only on coat hanger. |I wouldn't say the staff are rude but mor dismissive. They check to see if you are bringing any food or drink in at the door. Anyway. Try else where.

Google· 2 months agoYou can’t bring your own food - it will be “confiscated”. ac is not capable of cooling. But the main issue is their customer service - they said 10-15 minutes, maximum 1 hour for check-in. I am still in the lobby, over two and a half hours of waiting, with two little children who can’t sleep because of the noise. It is now far past the check in stated in the booking, and at the check in counter. I am beyond disappointed in this place. Also, we accidentally booked one of our rooms for 1 person instead of 2 (a price difference of about 13 USD per night) - at the front desk they demanded we pay an additional 70 USD per night. Very scammy, taking advantage of people who do not have the opportunity to rebook online. I would stay away from here if I had different options.

Google· a month agoThe worst experience ever with the worst room view in the world. We asked reception to change our room and they replied that the hotel was fully booked. However, we later realized the receptionist was lying, as he says this to everyone except those who keep pushing

Tripadvisor· 3 months agoWent to use the spa, awful does not look anything like the photos. It is so outdated and I’m sure the massages were given by the receptionist staff. There was holes in the ceiling. The steam room did not work whole place was absolutely rotten.
