Very disappointing experience — we DID NOT stay We booked a room through Trip.com for one person, and at check-in we were unexpectedly told we had to pay an additional 2000 TRY for the second person just for a room and bed. We were surprised by this as we had booked a room rather than a specific number of beds, and in most hotels a room can accommodate two people without such an unexpected additional charge. The way this was communicated also made the situation quite unpleasant from the beginning. Also my husband was staying just for a night and the rest 9 nights I’d stay on my own so we just didn’t expect this.. To their credit, one of the staff members was very kind and tried to find a solution. We were offered an upgraded, larger room on the top floor. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it was unbearably hot — almost like a sauna or hammam. The air conditioner was running, but it was only blowing lukewarm air and did not cool the room at all. We simply could not imagine spending the night there. We went back to the lobby with all our luggage and asked for another room. By this point it was around 9 PM. We were given another room, but when we opened the door, we discovered that the door itself was damaged. It could not be properly locked, and one of the hinges was visibly broken, leaving the door hanging at an angle. Obviously, we did not feel comfortable staying in a room that could not even be properly secured. We were then asked to check other rooms. In another room, cleaning was still taking place at around 9 PM. There were also numerous bags of rubbish, used tissues, dirty bed linen and towels left in the corridors. The whole environment looked messy and poorly maintained. After checking several rooms and repeatedly finding problems, we decided that we simply could not stay at the hotel. We were tired, had been travelling with our luggage, and had already spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a room that was actually suitable. Unfortunately, because the reservation was made through Trip.com, we were unable to get our money back, and the hotel did not offer any compensation. Overall, the hotel gave us a very poorly maintained and disorganised impression. I’m leaving this review so other travellers are aware of what happened to us and can make an informed decision before booking. For us, unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money and we left without ever staying in the hotel.

On surface level this hotel is fine, looks nice from the outside and pool area also looks fine. My room was ok - decent size, bathroom was nice but bed and pillows poor quality and air con was also poor considering the level of heat. They have a very strange rule where you’re not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the hotel, my suggestion would be take a bag with you and return with all items in the bag. There is a gym that has everything you need which was good but I’d recommend find nicer accommodation.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, and the AC controller didn’t work properly. I requested a high-floor room when booking online, but I was assigned a room on the first floor instead. The front desk staff had difficulty communicating in English, and I found their attitude to be unprofessional and, at times, quite rude. It also appeared that they were much friendlier toward certain guests, particularly visitors from former Soviet countries, which made the service feel inconsistent. Unfortunately, there were many other issues throughout my stay, and I struggle to find positive things to say. The only real advantage is the location, as it’s convenient and close to Terra Mall.

We had a wonderful and funny 7-day stay at this hotel in Antalya. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and professionally managed. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly stands out — they are genuinely friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful in every situation. Their professionalism and warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel features its own spa center, including a sauna, traditional hammam, and various additional wellness facilities. I can highly recommend the spa experience — it is well organized, clean, and very relaxing. The rooms are functionally and comfortably furnished. We stayed in the top suite, which offered a breathtaking view. It was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection is rich, varied, and of excellent quality. Additionally, the staff speaks English, Turkish, and Russian, which makes communication very easy for international guests. If we return to Antalya, we would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night with my wife, first of all we booked standard room and reception give us free upgrade superior room thank you for it. Room very comfortable and very clean with good view, breakfast very delicious, swimming pool very clean and nice thank you for everything

This is the 2nd stay with City Live Hotel and I’m impressed with the improvements they have made since my last stay the pool is lovely and the gym is very well equipped they looked after me very well and I will definitely be coming back again especially because of the competitive price

It was a really pleasant experience living in this hotel. The staff was super friendly, the price was adequate, especially comparing with some lesser star hotels. The breakfast was vast and had a lot to choose from. Coffee machine didn't work one morning, but personnel did their best to fix it (and it was fixed!). The room was overall pretty good. Nothing woke me up at 5 am. The shower was a bit weird and missed a piece, though it wasn't critical.
