We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk service from Ela and Tuna Kormans and Goksel was exceptional. Even though our room was not ready, they offered us a drink and made us feel welcome. They also acknowledged our IHG level membership and provided a nice welcome gift with a bottle of wine and fruit. Our room had a direct view of the sea and the beach right across the street. As well as the pool below. Antalya is so big that it takes about 23 minutes by car to get to Old Town but we knew that before we reserved. Otherwise, the location would be fantastic. 5 star service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Antalya is a wonderful vacation destination, featuring miles of beach on the Mediterranean Sea surrounded by the impressive Taurus Mountains. The Hotel Crowne Plaza is ideally situated at the end of a bay, with beach access and near the mountains and gondola viewing area. When you walk into the hotel, the sky high atrium, spacious lobby, and Seljuk arches create a palatial feel of luxury. After a problem with our shower flooding the bathroom floor, the friendly staff immediately upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious Junior Suite on the top floor. It was lovely to wake up in the morning to look out over the sea. We enjoyed our dinner in the Neapolitas Restaurant on the top floor with gorgeous views of the sea, the city, and the mountains. We were able to walk to the restaurants, cafes, and shops in the Liman neighborhood. There was also a well equipped fitness room and a Turkish bath with massage area to enjoy. Throughly recommend a stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Antalya.

The hotel is in reasonable condition but could use some attention - carpets on the landing of Floor 5 are a bit ropey. The staff are lovely, food delicious and the service is very good. We had a suite facing the sea which was spacious and very comfortable. There was very loud music on the beach from a bar every night until around 0215 so if you are a light sleeper, best try ear plugs or sleep.mask with sound etc. If you are at all claustrophobic, you may not enjoy the lifts as they are rather small and don't appear to have any aircon.

One of the best hotel locations in Antalya! The location is absolutely perfect — the beach is just opposite the hotel, making it so easy to enjoy the sea and beautiful views. The food was also really good, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel in Antalya with a great beach location, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed with the overall experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that an additional £120 was required for the room we had booked. We were left with no alternative other than to pay the additional charge or arrange a different room, which was extremely frustrating and unexpected. The hotel also offered very little in terms of entertainment, particularly for families with children. There were no suitable activities or facilities for children. The only entertainment available appeared to be a club located on the 10th floor. Unfortunately, our room was situated directly beneath the club on the 9th floor, meaning that we were repeatedly disturbed by loud music late into the night. On several occasions, we were woken at approximately 2–3am, and on one particular night the noise continued until around 5am. We raised a complaint regarding this issue, but it significantly affected our ability to sleep and enjoy our stay. There was also an issue with the slide at the baby swimming pool. The slide appeared to be a standard slide rather than one designed specifically for use in a swimming pool. As a result, my child injured their mouth while using it, which was extremely concerning and disappointing. The food options were another major area of concern. Breakfast cost £12 per person, yet the selection was very limited and appeared to be the same every day. The lunch and dinner options were similarly limited, with very little variety throughout our stay. There were also no desserts or cakes available, which was particularly disappointing given that this was advertised as a family-friendly hotel. We also experienced problems with the facilities within our room. The electrical sockets would stop working intermittently, and on one morning we were without running water for several hours. When we contacted staff regarding the electrical sockets, we found it difficult to communicate the issue effectively, as the staff member assisting us appeared to have difficulty understanding what we were trying to explain. More generally, communication was challenging as very few members of staff appeared to speak English to a level that allowed us to clearly communicate our concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a family holiday based on our experience. The level of service, quality and variety of food, condition of the rooms, available facilities, and overall accommodation fell significantly below our expectations. I believe these issues warrant serious consideration by the management, and I would appreciate a response addressing the concerns raised above and explaining what steps will be taken to improve the experience for future guests.

Not sure how this is a 5* hotel or how 5 stars are awarded to hotels these days. We had a 4 night stay here, not once was our room cleaned. House keeping knocks at 9am and doesn’t come again so if you’re still asleep in the room your room will not get cleaned later in the day. Our room key also on 2 occassions stopped working. It’s quite mediocre, I don’t believe it deserves 5 stars. The room is basic standard. Bathroom is of 3 star quality, it is quite small. The location is ok not too much around. The pool is very small. Overall not impressed.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk( Mr. Can) who went above and beyond to help us recover our mobile phone, which we had lost in a taxi. He stayed patient, professional, and determined to help until the phone was found. He tracked down the details, communicated with the hotel security to get the taxi no. And communicate with the taxi company, and kept us updated the whole time. This kind of dedication and genuine care for guests is rare, and it turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. Thank you so much for your outstanding service - you truly made our stay memorable!

Dear General Manager I hope this message finds you well and good. I recently became a member of the Crown Plaza Antalya hotel’s sports club, primarily because I enjoy swimming as part of my regular exercise and wellbeing routine. I specifically chose your sports club because swimming is my primary form of exercise and the pool was the main reason for my membership. I would like to bring to your attention an issue that has significantly affected my use of the indoor swimming pool. During my visits, I have consistently found the water to be uncomfortably cold. I have raised this concern with members of the sports club staff on several occasions. Most recently, the water temperature was measured at 26* C. While I appreciate that this temperature may be suitable for competitive or intensive training pools but is generally considered to be at the lower end of the acceptable range for an indoor hotel leisure pool. Most recognized industry guidelines recommend maintaining indoor recreational swimming pools water temperature at approximately 27 – 29 * C., with around 28* C. providing a comfortable balance for the majority of guests. As a paying member who joined the club primarily to swim, I respectfully request that the hotel’s management review the current operating temperature of the indoor pool. An increase of two degrees would make a significant difference to the comfort and enjoyment of members and hotel guests alike. I have always regarded Crown Plaza as a hotel that places great emphasis on guest satisfaction and quality standards. For that reason, I am confident that you will give this matter your personal consideration. Thank you for taking the time to review my comments.
