Chose it for the new seaside aqua park – great fun, but a few things to improve We picked Delphin Palace specifically for the new Serenis Aquapark right next to the beach, and for that, it was absolutely worth it. The setting is wonderful: you step out and you’re basically at the sea, and as hotel guests we could use the whole aqua park freely. The slides in the hotel’s own aqua park were also a big hit with our teens. Service was a real highlight – very kind, attentive staff who clearly enjoy their jobs. The sports programme was full and well organised, and the cinema room was a nice bonus on a hot afternoon. In the evenings, the live music at the poolside bar created a lovely atmosphere. The beach bar on the pier was one of our favourite spots: great ambiance, and the honeydew melon cocktail served in an actual melon was both fun and delicious. There are some important downsides, though. The entrance from the pool area into the main building is extremely over–air-conditioned; with slightly wet clothes it feels freezing. The pool toilets are set similarly cold (we heard around 18°C). My husband ended up spending the second day in bed with hot tea – very disappointing for a 5* resort. Food variety is great, but quality and taste didn’t match our expectations, including in the à la carte restaurants. We also waited 5–10 minutes for a table almost every dinner, because 2–3 person groups were sitting at round 5-seat tables while our family of five stood and waited. All in all: good fun and exactly what we wanted for the new aqua park by the sea, but the cold indoor areas and the food experience need work.

Our 4 visit to The Delphin Palace Hotel with Family, and Cannot fault anything during our one week stay. Rooms perfect, Food unbelievable and Staff All friendly and attentive and willing to Help. Room…Very good room with side view over the adult gets the sun late afternoon, If you are taking your Fire-Stick take a 2m cable to power your stick up next to the kettle see pictures as the Tv usb does not have enough power 👍 Service… Fantastic, everyone in the team was brilliant thy cannot do enough for you. Daughter had a 30th birthday and I went to see Guest Relations Berkay T, who organised a table for breakfast ,with Birthday Cake and balloons which we took with us , they also decorated her room which was a great surprise and a bottle of fizz, 👍🎂thank you, All staff great and our granddaughter took a shine to Sevket G, who seemed to work everywhere and Always came over with a baby chair for our daughter ,Thank you , see pictures The Roller Skate Team who delivered drinks to your sun loungers were all fantastic, and a little Tip goes a long way for better service take some small notes 100Lr = £1.65 but I tipped 200Lr at the start of my drinking day, works a treat 👍Thank you Thomas. All food morning, noon and night fantastic cannot fault anything, Find the Kebab shed 12.00 till 14.30 on the way to the beach 🏖️ yum yum. Try All the al a carte restaurants, very good and it’s nice to be waited on. We had a foam pool party with jet ski acrobat one day and it’s for everyone. Tiny Tots kids disco in the amphitheater very good 👍 also kids fair ground very good 😊 The baby of 19 months did have bump to the head at the out side bar one night, she ran into the corner of a table , manages please see last picture, thank you . Take a walk down the pier and help yourself to a beer from the fridge, also barbecue in the beer garden 👍 Only negative criticism day beds around the pool or on the pier were always empty, due to the prices , see pictures. Cigarettes they sell them in 600 packs and it worked out a £98. Get 600 when you land where you pick up your bags and get 600 for your hand luggage on your way home in duty free but the food there can be pricey.. We had a late pick up at 19.00 but had to check out at 12.00, we were unable to get a late room check out which you had to pay for , see pictures for prices. But bag storage was good, and shower and changing room were more than adequate. Mid-stay review (All-Inclusive): Great potential and family-friendly, but a few issues to note. We are currently staying at this resort on an All-Inclusive basis for a few days. We wanted to share an honest mid-stay review to highlight both the strong points and the areas that need improvement. What we liked (Highlights): - Service & Staff: The staff is consistently very good, attentive, and quick to assist. - Spotless Cleanliness: The entire property, including the common areas and the room, is exceptionally clean. - Great for Families: In line with the best tradition of Turkish resorts, the hotel offers fantastic facilities, pools, and activities tailored for families with children. Areas for improvement & Things to consider before booking: - Room & "Sea View": We paid a supplement for a sea-view room, but being on the 1st floor, the view is mostly dominated by lower rooftops, the pool area, and palm trees; the sea is only visible as a thin strip on the far horizon. It feels much more like a pool/partial view rather than a proper sea view. - Odors on the Balcony: Because the 1st-floor balcony sits right above the service roof and the restaurant ventilation exhausts, strong cooking and food odors make it nearly impossible to sit outside or keep the windows open during lunch and dinner times. - Sparkling Water & Health Notice: The bottled sparkling water provided in the resort (maden suyu) is a heavily mineralized, therapeutic water (TDS > 4,400 mg/L and sodium > 100 mg/L). It is not suitable for guests on a low-sodium diet or those with sensitive digestive/renal systems. Additionally, at the restaurant, you have to explicitly repeat multiple times that you want regular table sparkling water, otherwise they automatically serve this high-sodium mineral water. - Sea & Beach: If you are expecting crystal-clear, turquoise water like the east coast of Rhodes or Lefkada, you might be disappointed. The sea bottom is sandy and not suitable for snorkeling, although it is calm and safe for kids to swim in. Overall, it is a comfortable, well-managed resort that is great for families, but better room allocation and clearer beverage service would make the experience much better.

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was exceptional, the food was delicious and of great variety, there are so many restaurants and food booths on the grounds that is actually not enough time in 7 days to try them all. The beverages were top, the cocktails were amazing. We loved the heated pool and also the shaded kids pool was perfect for the afternoons. The serenity aquapark was a big surprise and the splash pool was a hit with our little one. Extra appreciation for the staff, from the cleaning ladies, the people in the restaurants and bars, the entertainment team and especially to the kind Carolina on the front desk. Thank you all for making our vacation a great one!

We had a wonderful five-night stay at this hotel with my sister and had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well maintained, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was definitely one of the highlights. There was a great variety available throughout the day, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including both local and international dishes. The snack restaurant was also excellent, with a good selection of different snacks and something to suit everyone’s taste. It’s a very family- and kid-friendly hotel, with lots of activities and facilities to keep children entertained. The location is excellent and close to the airport, which makes travelling to and from the hotel very convenient. A special shout-out to Mr. Hakan from the restaurant team, who took particularly good care of us during our stay and made us feel very welcome. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out to us. Overall, we had a fantastic five-night stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back!

This Hotel deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Me and my family have spent here really nice holiday. All inclusive in this Hotel was real All inclusive. We were two years ago in sister hotel Delphin Imperial, which is next to it and we knew what should approximately expect. We decided to visit this year Delphin Place because of the huge reconstruction which was completed 2024/2025. This reconstruction you can feel everywhere comparing with Imperial. Our room was very nice and clean always. Every day change of the towels and clean up performed without any marking or asking really nice 😊. New air conditioning system and new touch remote control for lights. The Staff of this hotel didn’t know English really well, but I fully understand them, because most of the quests were German speakers. But we never had any problem with that, we always got answers for our questions. The Staff was really helpful and kind anytime. I would like to say that Staff relations deserve their salary 💪🏻 they do amazing job. Cleaning staff, Entertainment team, Reception, Beach Staff, Pool staff, Guest center, Restaurants staff . Sorry if I didn’t tag anyone 😇. Thank you for your amazing service. For example we had during our one night troubles with our neighbors. They started round about midnight with disco music, jumping and screaming “ probably they tried singing“ 🤦🏻. We tried to knock on the doors but nobody opened. I called the reception desk and they slowed the problem really immediately. The Food here was so amazing 🤤. Always a very large selection of food. Chocolate fountain was really great and not only for children 🫣. We always loved to eat on the hotel outside terrace our breakfast and dinner. Because of the nice view to the hotel resort. We eaten lunch always on the outside restaurant close to the beach and pool. Drinking water, coffee and drinks were nearly everywhere and never missing. Most of the holiday we spent on the beach. Always enough sun beds, clean sand and sun-shade covered everything perfectly. After every night magic happened and everything was clean and in one line 😳. We tried to get late check out from our room but during the summer season it is nearly impossible, but we tried at least. But this hotel has solution for that. They have Late check out rooms where are big lockers for your hand luggage. Toilet, shower, towels nice place for preparing for your trip to home. Great idea 💡 Delphin 😉. During our last day here we had Candy land show. I just want to say that this was better organized in Imperial. I don’t mean show itself but table placing. All tables were in one line and impossible to get something from there. So many “adult “ people blocked children from entering the tables with candy. In the Imperial hotel they had distance between the tables and it was much better in my opinion. We appreciate the hotel's activity very much. We were never bored. And the last thing. They gifted us with beach bag, T-shirts, Baseball caps and with cross-body bags for phones 🤩. From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left we felt wonderful. I can't describe everything because it would be very long. I would like to say Thank You 🙏🏻 very much Delphin Place for your perfect service. Please continue with your amazing work 🤩.

Hotel is quite good, but extremely busy. The staff were mainly pleasant, although the cleaning of our our room left much to be desired. Floors were left dirty even after the cleaner had finished? Good location, but if you want some rest & relaxation find another hotel. Avoid sea/pool view rooms as the noise is deafening! Music blaring most of the day & evenings. Food was plentiful & varied, but never hot, always lukewarm. Struggled to find a table at certain times. Evening entertainment wasn't great. I wouldn't recommend this particular hotel. We have stayed in the other Delphin hotels nearby which were much better.

We had a wonderful stay at Delphin Neo Palace. The food was of a higher quality compared to many other hotels we have visited, with plenty of delicious options available every day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the variety of drinks was impressive. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The nicest part of our experience was that a gentleman from the hotel personally asked us whether we had enjoyed our stay and if we had any suggestions for improvement. We really appreciated this attention to guest feedback, as it showed that the hotel genuinely cares about its guests’ experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return in the future. 😊
