I did not stay at this hotel, but they helped me a lot. About two weeks ago I got lost in Antalya. I was separated from my tour group. I do not speak Turkish. It was getting dark. I could not remember the name of my hotel. I thought it was the Royal Hotel and ended up there. A young man behind the desk who did not speak English helped me a lot. He let me charge my phone. He communicated with me through a translation app on his phone. He reassured me that we would figure it out. It helped to calm me down so I could figure out to look up the right hotel on my phone on the tour website. He was kind, an patient. When I found the right hotel, he looked it up on google maps (mine was not working) and gave me directions (it was down the street). He treated a single, middle-aged, frazzled, woman with respect. I would hope that we would do so in North America too. I am so grateful. Thank you. PS, if it was a different Royal Hotel nearby, please let them know!!!

Our experience here was amazing, the personal was very nice. We had breakfast for 200 lira (4€), with buffet and homemade omelets and vegetables. The room was very confortable, clean and functionnal and we had extra blankets. |We were very glad for chosing this hotel with my friends !

I spent 4 nights here and it was a total disaster. We had no running water for 3 days straight—no showers, nothing. They didn't even offer us bottled water to drink; we had to go buy our own.The staff were so rude and didn't care at all. Not welcoming, no apologies, just bad vibes. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

When we arrived in room, there was only 3 towels. No blankets. And all 3 blankets were super wet. Like soaking wet. We had to ask reception for new because it was too cold in room

Cheap hotel, it was all i expected. Almost clean, everything working, but barely. Smell of cigarettes in the room. But it was ok for 1 nights sleep for cheap.

This is my first visit in Su hotel. I really like the rooms and the pool there. Lovely place to have a holiday. Beach is very nice and it’s free you know. I came here for the dental treatment but also I spend really good time there. The staff is so friendly to us, eapaecially we like the guest officer Larisa. She is very talkative and really knows her job. Thank you all for your kindness and service.

Currently here with my son and 2 grandsons. Rooms tidy and clean. You are informed on arrival if you want the room cleaned etc to let them know. We did and it was done promptly. Ideal location for the centre etc. the only downside is we paid for breakfast but it’s a very small buffet style with cheese, cold meats etc nothing for the kids. So we ate out,

Nice cosy little place. The location is great and the staff were helpful. For the price of the room it was perfect and everything was clean. Very happy and will definitely be booking again.
