The location is amazing it’s surrounded by the corniche, where you can find several ice cream shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. The beach was great in this area as well as the pool. The family rooms were great and very spacious. I want to mention that getting the towels was hard since a lot of the time the towel booth had nobody in it and had to come back a couple times and ask an employee from the snack area to get me one. Even returning the towels was inconvenient since they stopped accepting towel returns at 6 at that booth and 8 at the spa. The variety of food and taste was 6.5/10, was not the best, the hygiene in the rooms was not satisfactory. I found a few hairs on the pillow on the first day of my stay. Most of the food in the buffet is not covered, so a lot of it is exposed to flies most of time, which is very off putting. The lobby was also full of flies. Lunch and dinner were mostly the same food. A lot of the food is not labelled which is not good if you’re someone with allergies, including the mortadella/salami/ham and cheeses selection. Also, I don’t think that they should charge 2-4 euros for a cup of fresh juice even though we had the inclusive deal. Even though this is a 5 star resort, they did not have any adapters to borrow at all or buy from the hotel itself, so you would have to go buy one from outside the resort. I also want to note that when I asked for the iron and ironing board it came more than 30 minutes late and broken. I couldn’t use the ironing board at all since it wouldn’t stop wobbling and the steam buttons on the iron were broken and couldn’t use it. It’s a 5 star resort but it didn’t reflect that at all.

I feel it’s only fair to update my review after the way the hotel handled my concerns. When I first checked in, the room I was given had an air conditioning issue and it simply wasn’t cooling enough, which was quite disappointing in the middle of July. After a long journey, that wasn’t the start to my vacation I had hoped for. What really impressed me was the way the management responded. They reached out to me directly after reading my review and, without me asking or expecting anything, they offered me a beautiful corner sea-view room as an upgrade. It showed that they genuinely care about guest satisfaction and are willing to act on feedback rather than ignore it. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel’s location is also excellent. The promenade is right outside, making it perfect for an evening walk with plenty of cafés and holiday atmosphere. If you enjoy sports, there’s even a tennis club next door where you can rent a court. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly resort. Everything is within easy walking distance, and there are enough activities to keep children entertained without needing to leave the property. While my first impression wasn’t the best, I truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the management in making things right. That level of customer service deserves recognition

Hello, I first stayed at your hotel in 2024, and the experience was excellent. I have now returned for my second visit, coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina in August 2026, and I have just returned home from the same hotel. What I can say is that you don’t deserve just 5 stars — you deserve 10! In just two years, the organization and staff have become even more professional, attentive, and friendly. You simply cannot come across an unpleasant or unfriendly person here. Everyone is smiling and wonderful, which makes you feel completely at home. There is something for everyone when it comes to food, and the variety and selection are truly enormous. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness — both of the rooms and the outdoor restrooms, which smell fresh and clean 24/7. The entire staff is always available and ready to help with anything you may need. If I could choose one hotel to return to for the rest of my life, it would be your hotel without a doubt. You deserve every word of praise because, besides providing relaxation and enjoyment, you also provide a sense of safety, kindness, carefully planned and healthy food, incredible variety, and an atmosphere that is truly unforgettable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maximum 3 stars in my opinion — definitely not a 5-star experience The Porto Bello Antalya Resort & Spa advertises itself as a 5⭐ hotel, but based on my experience, I would rate it maximum 3⭐. The biggest disappointment was the food. The buffet was repetitive, with limited quantities, and some dishes were often cold. On several occasions, we had to wait around 10 minutes for the charcoal-grilled food because only one person was preparing it. Cakes were served in very small portions and were sometimes finished before everyone could get one. Hygiene was also concerning. There were flies around the buffet, and one particularly unpleasant moment was seeing a cat jump onto the food counter in the main restaurant. The desserts were mostly tasteless and seemed to have the same flavor with different decorations. Many fruits were overripe, and breakfast lacked basic options such as almonds and walnuts. The staff were generally not very welcoming, and the soft drink and fresh juice machines frequently stopped working during buffet hours. The coffee was also disappointing, with no proper espresso machines. Cocktails were inconsistent — for example, the same drink could taste completely different depending on who prepared it. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms need renovation. Our sink was not properly cleaned and the tiles had visible limescale stains. The air conditioning was noisy. The minibar was filled only once, and water was delivered irregularly afterward. The pool was cold and too small for a hotel of this size, and the water slides are quite limited. The animation and entertainment were also very poor, especially for families with children. Overall, there was not much to do and the hotel felt quite boring for a family holiday. Positive: The location is convenient and relatively close to Antalya Airport, around 25 minutes by car. Overall: The hotel may be acceptable for a short stay or business trip, but it is not worth the price of a 5⭐ all-inclusive resort, especially compared with other 5-star hotels in Turkey. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Porto Bello to families looking for a genuine 5-star holiday experience.

Very Good Stay with One Important SuggestionI had a very pleasant stay at Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent service. The staff is professional and helpful, and the location is convenient. Overall, the facilities meet the expectations of a quality resort.However, I would like to make one important suggestion regarding the spa area. During my 6-day stay, I was unfortunately not able to use the steam room or sauna even once. The steam room was consistently occupied by children playing, including with inflatable toys. While I fully understand that this is a family-friendly hotel, I believe the spa area – especially the steam room and sauna – should remain a calm and relaxing space, ideally with restricted access for children.Introducing clearer rules or age limits for certain spa facilities would significantly improve the experience for guests seeking relaxation.Aside from this point, my overall experience was positive, and I would recommend the hotel.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were so kind, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to help and make us feel special. The food was very diverse, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.. We truly enjoyed every meal. This was such a wonderful experience, and we will definitely come back! I made new friends, had so much fun every evening, and created so many beautiful memories. Everything was simply amazing. A very special thank you to Mariam and Neema you are the best girls in this hotel! ❤️ I love you both so much and I will never forget all the fun and wonderful moments we shared. Had to leave a review for Neema and Mariam because they have honestly been so lovely during our stay. My daughter and I have felt really welcomed by them from day one. They’re always smiling, always stopping for a chat, and they’ve genuinely made us feel comfortable here. It’s the little things that make a difference when you’re away from home, and they both have such warm, positive energy. It was also really nice seeing other women of colour working here. It might seem like a small thing, but it made us feel more comfortable and represented, and my daughter especially loved seeing that. They’ve both been a big part of making our holiday special, and I just wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve. Thank you both for being so kind and making us feel so welcome. ❤️
