Additional Bed $115.00 when check in! The notice at the door $40.00 Room double $220.00plus additional fees and taxes not what is posted by INGUAT!!! When you ask, it is what it is The $115 only for the additional bed. Meals and drinks not included. It's understandable that there are local taxes. The big disappoinment is if what is posted on the door is not updated you are misleading the customers obviously $115 is quite a difference from $40 additional bed.

This hotel was very cute. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a good location to walk to the street market. The room was cute and clean and the food at the restaurant on site had a really good chicken noodle soup. I did enjoy my stay and I would definitely go back.

Large hotel just outside the center of Antigua. Pros: Lovely grounds. Convenient location. Very clean rooms and facilities. Cons: Fitness center surprisingly poor for a hotel of this size. Room walls are thin; coughing, snoring, and TV can be heard from neighboring rooms. Overall service is unacceptable. The policy that food cannot be brought into the hotel, not even leftovers or bodega snacks, is weird, restrictive, and infantilizing. I was treated like a criminal when I asked to take bread from the breakfast buffet—for which I prepaid—because I did not have time to sit and eat it in the restaurant. Another guest in our party had a similar experience on a different day. I am a frequent business and leisure traveler and was truly disappointed by this treatment in the context of a resort-style hotel. We will not stay here again; we do not recommend to others.

Beautiful hotel!! The rooms are nice and spacious, and there are many beautiful common areas to lounge around. The service and staff are great, and the food has also been delicious! It is also very family friendly! It is located a little bit outside the Antigua city center, but for me that was great because it is a little quieter and less travelled than somewhere right in the center, but also an easy walk to the city center (less than 10 mins)! It was also very easy to coordinate transportation to the hotel from the airport with one of their drivers. Highly recommend!!

This is the first 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in with horrible staff. They will basically go out of their way to make sure you DONThave a good experience. Very unwilling to help - will not stay again. They had so many chances to empathize with our situation and even bother helping out

Nice and quite. A little outside the central park but they provide rides throughout the day or getting a tuk tuk is easy. Loved our stay

Do you enjoy spending ten minutes negotiating with a shower that can’t decide between cold plunge and lava flow? Do you like being unwillingly involved in your neighbors’ sex lives through your walls? Are random footsteps and the soothing roar of endlessly rushing pipes your idea of ambiance? If you answered yes to all of the above, you’ll love this loud, echoing hotel just as much as I absolutely did not. PRO TIP: If you love sleeping bring a white noice machine, some earplugs and a sleeping aid.

Sofa Bed seems to be older than me. Room Services was low quality. Left do not disturb sign outside my teenage door and notified the maid not to go in the room, she still went inside and woke them up.
