My AC has gone out multiple times the people I traveled with their rooms same thing if you're looking for good comfortable AC this is not your place it goes out all the time even when it's working you have to wake up and turn it back on it's absolutely insane the Landscaping at the property is beautiful the food here is not good everything is dry no seasoning but as far as the people that work here very friendly great staff but these other things are almost a deal breaker

If you're charging $200 per night, the least you can do is clean the windows at least once every six months. The view is amaxing reason to book this hotel but dirty windows completely ruin the experience. Such a simple thing would make a huge difference.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Luxurious, near, cozy and nice rooms, great food (honestly the buffet is amazing), big garden, nice swimming pool, amazing gym. You will enjoy your stay at this hotel, either for business or vacation. The hotel is at 1 hour and a half from the Kilimanjaro International AirPort and is well located in Arusha (ATM and local services nearby). I was there in the name of the ASPRH for the 2nd Edition of the Africa HR Summit 2026 hosted by THRAPA the Tanzanian HR association.

What a let down. Rooms were fine and toiletries were actually decent but the staff and service is not up to standard especially given the price. They are slow and frankly a little rude. Check in was delayed and our rooms didn’t have towels or toiletries. Phone did not work so had to go to front desk to ask. When asked for my breakfast in a box to go in the morning was not ready for specified time and left waiting and the woman and the breakfast buffet was rude telling me i should just eat there and go earlier rather than take out. Really not good service given the price and star rating. Worst service at any of the hotels I’ve stayed in Africa and one of the most expensive!

Nice hotel with stunning views of greenery and the golf course. The service is excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, the cleaning ladies sometimes don't adequately clean the rooms, they may change the beddings and all but not sweep the floors.

A great hotel just off of the main road in Arusha. We had the family room and it was very spacious. The food and service was impeccable. Give them a try if you are in the area and looking for a nice hotel!

Was amazing as the conference room was your surely heated and you could rarely feel that extreme coldness. Food was variety and amazing too
