Decided to stay at this hotel after climbing Kilimanjaro, Location is great it’s right beside the center or Africa round about. View from the room is awesome with Mt meru in plain sight. Roof top restaurant serve great good ( beef stir fry is awesome) and good breakfast. Overall it’s not bad, my only issue is the hotel room need slippers as the floor is tiled and cold Also the towels seem old and fraying

My husband and I stayed at Sanna Boutique Hotel on our first night before safari. After 24+ hours of travel, it was the perfect choice for a luxurious and restful night. The hotel is beautifully decorated with local art and rich colors. Our room was spacious and the shower was nice and hot with good pressure. I would’ve liked the try the giant tub as well. We ate dinner and breakfast and both were tasty. The hotel is the tallest building in the city and we enjoyed taking in the rooftop views. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both welcoming and peaceful. The food was another highlight of the stay. Every meal was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and presentation consistently exceeded expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the customer service. The staff go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels taken care of, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. A special mention goes to the manager, who was exceptional throughout the stay—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their leadership clearly reflects in the high standard of service across the entire team. Overall, Sanna Boutique Hotel delivers an outstanding experience through its excellent accommodations, delicious food, and top-tier customer service. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, the location was great, and the food was delicious! The staff were kindly and the view of Mount Meru from the rooftop was beautiful. I'd love to stay here again. I really love the weather in Arusha!

We stayed at the Sanna Boutique Hotel for one evening after wrapping up our safari, and it was the absolute perfect conclusion to our trip.|From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Due to a mistake on our end, we actually showed up a day earlier than our reservation. Instead of turning us away or leaving us stranded, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and generous. They checked us in immediately so we could unpack and relax while we sorted out our booking details. Their empathy and willingness to help during a stressful moment meant the world to us.|Every single detail of this hotel feels intentional. We had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant on the 14th floor—the food was excellent, and the views were matched only by the flawless service. The entire staff went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of at every step of our stay.|The absolute highlight of our visit, however, was the Sanna Café. The manager personally walked us through their phenomenal coffee selection, guiding us through a tasting of their house blend, dark roast, and light roast selections. Experiencing the different preparation methods—from a perfect espresso to a smooth nitro cold brew—was truly spectacular. It was easily one of the best café experiences we have ever had in our lives.|If you are looking for a welcoming, high-end, and genuinely hospitable place to rest after a long journey through the Serengeti, look no further than Sanna Boutique Hotel. We cannot thank the team enough for their warmth and patience!

Had a lovely dinner at Sanaa Boutique Hotel ✨🍽️ The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was calm, classy, and relaxing, while the service was warm, friendly, and on point. Overall, a really nice dining experience definitely a place I’d recommend and visit again! 🔥

My husband and I stayed here for a night before starting our safari and it was the wonderful reset that we needed. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the roof and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hotel is also in a great location. It's walking distance to the Tanzanite Experience and the Masai Market - which we checked out. Overall, this hotel was a great value and we felt very well taken care of.

Unfortunately, my stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel was very disappointing. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely tried to help, but the hotel itself fell far below expectations. The room’s AC, ventilation, and heating were malfunctioning, leaving the room freezing cold. After waiting nearly four hours to be moved because the hotel’s WiFi and systems were down, the new room also had no heating. The WiFi only worked for the first hour or so before going down and remained unavailable until checkout. There was also a water leak in the bathroom, and room service had very limited, overpriced food options while outside delivery wasn’t allowed. For the price charged, this hotel is highly overrated. Despite the excellent staff, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
