I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and was very happy with the overall experience. The hotel Venus was comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention the hotel manager, Sathish, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. He was always approachable and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was comfortable. Whenever I needed any help or had a question, Sathish was there to assist and made everything much easier for me. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made a difference to my stay. A big thank you to Sathish and the rest of the team for looking after me so well. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again in the future.|Thanks|Damian

The hotel is located right in the heart of Arusha. You. can walk around the area to get a feel of this vibrant city. It’s walking distance to Shoppers Super Market, Mr Wang Chinese restaurant, and a few Bristol’s and cafes. The room rate is reasonable, the room is clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff are helpful and friendly.

Rooms were clean and tidy. An affordable stay in the heart of Arusha. It is in the bustling part of Arusha! There was breakfast included in the stay and had a fair bit of vegetarian options and Indian options. The staff were also helpful in providing us with a scale to check our bag weight when requested. Somethings to improve on:|1. A lot of hotels also had the option of being able to convert dollars to tzs. The hotel could benefit if they had this option.|2. The bathrooms could use some routine maintenance. Our shower pressure was off and the hot water took a while.

I recently stayed at Venus Premier hotel Arusha and had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish.The accommodations were exceptional—the room was pristine, spacious, and designed for ultimate comfort. Dining was another major highlight, featuring beautifully presented, fresh, and highly flavorful meals with a wonderful variety of options including indian cuisine .The service throughout the property was flawless, with every staff member being warm, attentive, and deeply professional.I want to extend a special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Satish. Their outstanding leadership, hands-on approach, and dedication to excellence are clearly reflected in the high standards of the property and the wonderful team.I highly recommend this hotel for top-tier comfort, exceptional food, and world-class hospitality. I look forward to my next visit!

A reasonably nice hotel a few streets back from the main road. Its actually pretty quiet (no traffic noise etc) but its also not that busy, i think people mostly come here before and/or after a safari. Its actually reasonably upmarket looking & you get offered a free drink on arrival. There's a lift, although its a bit small & an onsite restaurant which doubles as a bar. The rooms are perfectly nice, if not unspectacular. All rooms (i think) are spacious double rooms with an ensuite including a walk in shower. They also have air conditioning, a TV & a fridge too. Personally I thought the staff were polite, patient & all spoke good english. I also found the prices for food & drinks to be really good value. For somewhere away from the craziness of Arusha, this place is right up there

Nice hotel and good rooms.the staffs are really cordial and friendly.the restaurant has variety of menu to choose. My favourite was chicken wings .it was really nice .the hotel is located in city centre and this made me have access to all work places I wanted to visit. The parking space was less than was only one issue I felt .over all recommended

Even though we booked a premier room, at the time of checkin, late in the evening, we were provided delux room. After we managed to get the correct room, the AC remote was not working. It took 3 attempts for us to get the staff to fix it. Finally they were not able to fix it and we were allocated another room. Guess what, the AC remote was not working in this room either. Any ways we were tired so we slept in that room. In the morning, half way through the shower, the water stopped flowing from the shower. I then had to move in towel to another room to complete the shower. As you can understand, this place is a complete disaster and should not even be considered as an option to stay. Apart from all the inconvenience for just 1 night stay, the hotel is next to a building construction site. Hence the room with Mountain view, actually has a view of under construction dirty building. The location of the hotel is equally horrible. If I could, I will give this hotel zero star rating.
