I am absolutely delighted that you loved your 4‑night stay and that you enjoyed the great hospitality, friendly staff across all departments, and our Impressive Nest Suites – your high recommendation means a great deal to us. I have also carefully noted your feedback regarding the pools. I understand your disappointment that while we have three pools, the main infinity pool tends to be the most popular and can feel crowded, especially with children. Our lagoon pool is reserved for guests staying in those rooms, and the children's pool is designed specifically for younger guests. However, I appreciate your point that the other two pools were rarely used and may not have been as appealing. I am very glad that you found everything else fantastic, especially the food and drink offerings, which you felt were well priced.
