Google· 2 months agoWorth the money!! Their rooms were amazing. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and offered so many international options. They also had a "kid-friendly" dining area with kid sized tables and a kid buffet in the area. The pool was amazing with both tile and beach areas. The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and took great care in providing our needs. The only negative was the length of time it took to get our coffee or tea order at breakfast. And, sometimes, you had to ask again for your coffee or tea. But, they were worth the wait. There are some good shops by the hotel that had items priced at good values. There was also a spa (Glory Spa) that was a six minute walk. The massages there were amazing and a great value for services received.

Google· 3 months agoI couldn't recommend this resort more to any families with young kids. We were there with our 2 and 4 year old boys and they had a blast. Everything is geared up to making young kids and their parents have a great holiday. We had a standard King Pool View room and found this worked better than expected with the 4 of us and was great value. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were always helpful. I've weighed up a lot of areas to stay in Bali and I really think this is a great one with a nice little village with dinner options and cultural shows next door so you can eat offsite without having to deal with the traffic. Dinner on the beach is excellent as well. Well done to the staff and management at this resort. PS, Make sure you join the Accor Explorer program before booking. It will well and truly pay for itself.

Google· 2 months agoWe stayed at Mövenpick Resort Bali for two nights at the end of a three-week holiday, using it as a transition before our flight home. Overall, it served its purpose, but I wouldn't consider it a true 5-star experience. In many ways, it felt more like a solid 4-star resort. The resort is very family-oriented, with plenty of kid-friendly activities and facilities. However, because the property is relatively compact, it often felt crowded. Many of the children's activities seemed fully booked or busy, making it difficult to take advantage of everything on offer. The pools are attractive and enjoyable, but the layout feels cluttered and somewhat confusing. Finding available loungers was a challenge, and the practice of guests reserving chairs early in the morning was particularly noticeable. Breakfast was adequate and in line with what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel, but the buffet felt hectic and lacked the quality and variety I would associate with a luxury resort. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and pleasant, although service could be quite slow at times. Unfortunately, there was construction taking place during our stay, which detracted from the overall experience. While the resort offers access to a nearby stretch of beach within walking distance, it's not among Bali's most appealing beach locations. For the price, we've stayed at other family-friendly resorts that offered a more premium experience and better value. Mövenpick Bali is certainly a convenient option for families, but it didn't quite live up to its 5-star rating in our experience.

Google· 4 months agoAn Unforgettable 5-Star Family Gateway – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this 5-star hotel was genuinely unforgettable. It became such a memorable place that holds a very special spot in our hearts. Right from the start, Esa welcomed us with the warmest smile and patiently walked us through all the amazing facilities the hotel has to offer. Walking into our room, everything was so cozy, neat, and comfortable. But what truly touched my heart was the beautiful birthday setup and the cake waiting for us inside. It was such a sweet, Thank you Dikna, it was really a very kind gesture that made our day.. 🤗 The hotel has a huge swimming pool that the family loved! On top of that, the kids' club is massive, and the staff there were incredibly sweet and friendly—especially Wanda and Erica, who made our kids feel right at home. Breakfast was another highlight of our mornings; the food was delicious with so many choices. Tara at the restaurant was also incredibly warm and always ready to help with a smile. This place is a dream for families and children. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories, and we honestly cannot wait to come back again!

Google· 3 months agoOutstanding stay! Our family had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the kids club, swimming pool, and the excellent location, which made our holiday both relaxing and convenient. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Kids Club staff, Ms, Dwi and other lady ( can’t remember). The Front desk Ms. Astri ( who assisted us about the room situation) Metha, Aldi, Thank you for taking such great care of our children and making their experience so enjoyable. We missed the chocolate session sadly, we thought it will be served at the kids club. There was also another lovely staff member who assisted us throughout our stay, unfortunately, we forgot her name, but we are equally grateful for her kindness and dedication. A special thank you as well to Komang from Housekeeping and all the other attendants who were always friendly, and attentive. On the second day I asked him to change the linen he is very helpful. All the warm hospitality from every staff member truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to families visiting Bali.

Google· 3 months agoWe had a wonderful 6-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The standout for us was definitely the breakfast. Despite staying almost a week, the menu changed most days, offering plenty of variety and making every breakfast feel different. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Jimbaran Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also highly recommend the Mexican restaurant on the hotel’s rooftop, which served excellent food in a great atmosphere. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to help. What impressed us most was that they maintained such a high standard of service even when the hotel was at full capacity. The pool area is another highlight, especially for families. The three interconnected pools create a unique and spacious environment for kids to enjoy, and the depth (not too deep, not too shallow) makes them very family-friendly. Our favourite was the beach-style pool, which has real sand on the bottom, giving it a fun and unique feel. They also have a swim in bar with food! Overall, this is an excellent family-friendly hotel with outstanding service, a fantastic breakfast, and a great location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Definitely one of the best family-friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. ❤️ The food is absolutely delicious, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the pools are beautiful and perfectly designed for the whole family. For parents, a huge plus is the excellent 24-hour gym – you can work out at any time of the day or night. But the biggest highlight is the Kids Club! Our 5-year-old daughter absolutely loved it. The children have so many fun and engaging activities – including making their own pizza and even petting dogs! On top of that, the pools, slides, and water attractions make it truly impossible to get bored here. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and make you feel well taken care of from the very first day. It’s a place where both children and parents can truly relax and enjoy their time. For us, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali is a true paradise for families with children. ❤️ We highly recommend it and would like to thank the entire team for a wonderful stay! We would be absolutely delighted to come back again.

Google· a month ago- Outstanding Family Stay at Mövenpick Resort Jimbaran Beach! We recently completed a fantastic 3-night stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali, and our entire family had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, the service was truly excellent. The swimming pools are huge, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained—our kids spent hours swimming and playing every single day. The Meera Kids Club was another massive highlight for us; it kept the children thoroughly entertained and happy throughout the trip. Location-wise, the hotel is ideal. It’s an easy, short walking distance to Jimbaran Beach, making it convenient to pop over for sunset views or a stroll. A special shoutout to the restaurant staff at breakfast. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my wife had plenty of great vegetarian options every morning. That level of hospitality and personal care made a huge impression on us. We had an amazing experience and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali!
