The hotel is amazing! The staff are nice and help with everything that we need. I even had a birthday and they made me a special day. They brings balloons and cake, and fruits and flowers. It was really amazing. The room and the hotel are clean and quiet. The pool is the and also the gym. And the breakfast was good and tasty.

We are from Brazil, and cleanliness and organization are very important to us. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Everything is brand new and beautifully renovated. The property is stunning, and every area is impeccably clean and well organized. The entire staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making us feel at home. The food is delicious, the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options, the pool is great, and the massage service was wonderful. The reception team has also been amazing throughout our stay. Our stay has been absolutely perfect, and my whole family is loving every moment here. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

Honestly, a 3-star hotel, not 4-star!❗️ After almost a week here, I can give a fair review. On the first day I honestly wanted to give 1 star, on the second maybe 2, but after the full stay I think 3 stars is the most objective rating. The main issue is maintenance. Our room was spacious, but the rooms honestly look like they’ve survived a small war 😅 rust/corrosion in the shower, peeling and damaged finishes and worn-out details everywhere. They are desperately in need of renovation and definitely don’t feel 4-star. The worst incident was with the water: while I had shampoo in my hair, the cold water suddenly disappeared and only very hot water remained. I had to go to reception wrapped in a towel. I then tried the pool shower - and the same thing happened there. The staff were very kind and tried to help, but this is a serious infrastructure issue.. Breakfast was honestly very disappointing: extremely limited choice, no cheese, no cold cuts, instant coffee, and on several occasions even the coffee cups were visibly dirty. I noticed it often enough that I eventually started inspecting every cup before using it 🤪 Also, the gym advertised as a hotel facility is actually separate and requires extra payment - even hotel guests do not have free access. The positives are the beautiful pool and garden area and, above all, the wonderful staff - genuinely kind, friendly and helpful. In fact, the reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 2 is mainly because of the lovely staff and the pleasant pool area. Overall, this would be a perfectly acceptable 3-star hotel, but in my opinion it does not match 4-star expectations. ★★★☆☆

I honestly had a much better stay here than I expected. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I had no issues at all with cleanliness during my stay. The whole hotel felt relaxing and well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with plenty of options, and I also had dinner at the hotel one evening — it was really good and not overpriced. A special thank you to Lina for the 1-hour massage included with my stay. She did a wonderful job, and it was definitely one of the highlights for me. I also used the shuttle to Dreamland Beach, which was very convenient and easy. Overall, everything went smoothly and the experience was above my expectations. I will definitely come back.

Nice helpful staff very kind, had breakfast there and there was a good variety of delicious food. Extremely comfortable beds and clean rooms. Modern design in room easy to relax here . Clean towels . It’s located near very very good beaches with waves to die for ! And incredibly beautiful views.They waited for me and my family in the reception to check in even when we arrived pretty late from the airport. My only take is that the elevator has a really strong lemon smell. Extraordinary views tbh . The pool is spacious and relaxing. Me and my family truly had a blast and would consider coming here again and again . I recommend!

We had such a lovely 2-night stay here with our family. One of our favorite things was waking up to the beautiful view overlooking the golf course it was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from every morning. A big thank you to the team for their warm hospitality and friendly service throughout our stay. We truly felt comfortable and welcomed, and we would be happy to come back again someday.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. At check-in we were assisted by a trainee. We had booked a Deluxe King Room, but the room had a strong musty smell. After informing the Duty Manager, we were immediately offered another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement room did not have a true king-size bed as advertised. It was two single beds pushed together (a Hollywood bed), and the fitted sheet had large holes. The next morning we reported this, and the Duty Manager professionally upgraded us to an Executive Room with a proper king-size bed. The following day, however, an incident occurred that completely ruined our stay. While I was not present, one of the hotel's security guards made an extremely inappropriate and degrading remark to my girlfriend, implying that she was a prostitute waiting for my money. She felt sexually intimidated, humiliated, and unsafe. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone responsible for guest safety. We immediately met with the General Manager and were seriously considering reporting the incident to the police. The General Manager apologized, offered compensation, and arranged for a written apology from the security guard. While we appreciate that management took the matter seriously, no apology or compensation can undo an incident like this. The following morning at breakfast, another issue occurred. A couple entered the restaurant wearing wet swimwear while families with young children were dining. Staff did nothing, and the restaurant supervisor told us there was no SOP regarding appropriate attire in the restaurant, which was surprising for a four-star hotel. Although the Duty Manager and General Manager handled our complaints professionally, the combination of several smaller issues and, above all, the shocking incident involving the security guard completely overshadowed our holiday. Guest safety and respect should never be compromised, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes meaningful action to ensure this never happens to another guest.

Welcoming drinks were nice and refreshing. Room was clean and spacious, it was simply very comfy! Love how they provided two duvets haha although I was travelling alone but it was really considerate to think of couples who will fight over blankets at night🤣 the toilet was clean and not too small. Staff were friendly. Loved the view from the lobby!
