I have very pleasant experienced staying at 137 pillar. Rooms very clean and spacious. We stayed at two bedroom suits, it was equipped with everything we need. It was appartment size room with very good city view. Breakfast was very amazing. I have shared some pictures of the breakfast very photogenic and very amazing in taste, Just Fantastic. They serve very small portions so that we can multiple dishes. All the staff understand english very well & very easy to communicate. Infinity pool and Jacuzzi were mesmerizing, very well maintained. I spend morning n evening at pool only. Approch road is little narrow, due to which traffic is very slow moving. Taxi take time to come and in evening it take hell alot of time to reach to the hotel, 15- 20min distance take 1 hr. But yes I will surely going to stay again if I will come back bkk.

We felt very comfortable as a family of three during our 12-day stay in an "Executive Two Bedroom Residence". The kitchen with all its utensils, the modern washer/dryer, the two beautifully equipped bathrooms, the very comfortable beds, the quiet air conditioning and of course the lovely “Happy Anniversary”-balloon welcome truly impressed us. We often enjoyed the pool on the 27th floor and had many delicious drinks at the pool bar. There were always enough sun loungers and fresh towels available. The view from the pool was absolutely spectacular at any time of the day. For transportation, we frequently used Grab taxis/scooters and also appreciated the hotel shuttle, which was always punctual. Within a short walking distance, there are great restaurants, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, a gelateria and so much more. I could list so many names of the wonderful staff members, but in order not to forget anyone, I would simply like to give a huge compliment to the entire team!! ♡

From the very first step onto the property, everything felt effortless, calm, and centered around exceptional service. Upon arrival, I was given an explanation of the free shuttle and property layout, which immediately set the tone. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive from the first moment, making it easy to settle in and feel at ease right away. The room itself reinforced that feeling. Every detail was clearly thought through. soft, comfortable sheets, clean and pleasant scents throughout, and a full range of amenities including conditioner, hand lotion, and everything you might need. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail made the space feel both luxurious and genuinely comfortable. One of the standout highlights for me was the bathroom. The spacious walk-in shower and the bathtub added a real sense of comfort and indulgence, and I can see this being something many guests would especially enjoy. Paired with the large windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, the apartment has a bright, open atmosphere that evolves beautifully throughout the day. I also really enjoyed the pool area and the pool bar. While the drinks are on the expensive side, they are very well made and worth it for the experience. The beef burger was another pleasant surprise; a generous portion, very satisfying, and fairly priced at 450 baht. A small but very thoughtful feature I appreciated was the housekeeping button by the door. Being able to signal that you’ve left and that the room can be serviced adds another layer of convenience and shows how well the overall experience has been designed. Overall, the stay felt smooth, comfortable, and consistently high-quality from start to finish.

An exceptional stay from arrival to departure. Every member of the staff was wonderfully attentive, with a special thank you to Min for taking such marvelous care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our days at the pool and relaxing at the bar, creating truly cherished memories. Your property will undoubtedly remain my first choice whenever I return to Bangkok. Highly recommended.

The hardware, from the spacious room, nice garden to the infinity pool are gorgeous. More importantly, we feel really pampered by all the staff members at the hotel, from the shuttle driver, lobby receptionist to the waitress at the restaurant Bangkok Trading Post, particularly our room attendant Ms. Duen, who is very helpful, friendly, attentive and responsible! Another point that we really appreciate is the quality of the breakfast, especially the a la carte dishes, which are rich in diversity and tasteful. The one bedroom suite is quiet, spacious, super clean and layout is very user friendly. The view overlooking the Phrom Phong is so pleasant. The location is great in terms of its tranquility from the bustling Sukhumvit Road. Despite the hotel is not right near the Phrom Phong BTS station, the hotel offers luxury shuttle to the EmQuartier mall every 30 minutes. The 13-minute walk from the hotel to BTS or vice versa is also very pleasant and you can feel safe even late at night. 137 Pillars is a hotel with with high value of price. Compared to other hotels under big name and international chain, you can experience more about the authentic Thai hospitality and passion here. This is a hotel I would recommend to travelers to Bangkok, with no doubt.

Fabulous hotel. Probably one of the best I have stayed at. My stay was subsidized by a friend...I am too cheap to have paid to stay here, at least before I experienced it. I wish my maid was as attentive as housekeeping. ...She even provided velcro ties for my USB cables. I have knocked the score, possibly unfairly, on location, but BKK is probably the worst city to drive/cab in that I've ever experienced.

When we checked in the room was filthy and the couch has some stains on it with the bed being very itchy but the hotel resolved the situation with the bed very nicely. The washing machine with filthy from other disgusting guests. When we were checking out the guys the Bell boy the bell boys attitude was not there and the receptionist didn’t ask us how did everything go. The shower had some issues and mold in it plus the conditioner barely worked. Room seems dated. The area is nice and they have a transfer to the mall which is pretty nice. But the big sights are far. Overall I can’t recommend it tho they had potential.
