Excellent hotel and service! Staying here for the second time and I loved my experience here. Their staff is so caring and polite! Rooms are spacious, very neat and include all amenities that a 5-star should provide and entire hotel is well maintained, super neat and of course all halaal! Love that they have a floor dedicated to prayer area!! Pool and gym are fairly good! Breakfast buffet is amazing, lots of variety and staff is really nice! The only downside is that there is lots of noise when they are room cleaning upstairs. Overall I do recommend staying here!

Best halal friendly hotel. I have stayed here four times, now and it’s niche best for Muslim friendly experience. They have lot of big sports team staying there. I would like to thank onjira at reception for her hospitality, giant hassan as the bellboys and the rest of the team my family loves staying there wishing you all the best

Overall a very good stay and experience. Interiors looked aesthetic and stay was comfortable with good service right from the start of the hotel entrance to rooms. There were some issues which could be made better. Heater was not working well, it was either too hot or too cold, hard to control. The electricals or lighting wires could be faulty, as at night, when the light was completely off, it kept turning on and off in split seconds like there was a power trip/faulty. Room door creaky, fridge has no cooling at all. As we were travelling with baby had to pass the baby's milk stuff to be stored in the fridge below in restaurant which the staff were very accommodating and nice. Apart from minor issues overall a good stay, recommended for those looking at affordable premium stays for families.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Thailand! My experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The buffet was one of the highlights of my stay — delicious halal food, a great variety of choices, and something for everyone. The food was honestly some of the best I have had during my trip. But what truly deserves a million stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is the staff. Their hospitality, kindness, and professionalism were exceptional. They were always smiling, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really feel that they genuinely care about their guests. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand. I would definitely stay here again! 🇹🇭❤️

Here is my honest review based on my experience. The hotel is rated as a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it does not fully deserve that rating. I would consider it a 4-star hotel. The room was spacious, and the overall design of the hotel was attractive and well maintained. However, the room lacked several basic amenities such as a dental kit, hair comb, body lotion, slippers, and a hand towel. These are items that are often provided even in many 3-star hotels. I booked one night with breakfast for $51 as part of a promotion. The breakfast was good and offered a wide variety of choices. The room rate without breakfast was around $40, which I personally feel is somewhat expensive considering the level of service, especially since there are other hotels offering a similar experience at a more reasonable price. If I had not seen the breakfast selection, I probably would have given the hotel 3 stars. However, the quality and variety of the breakfast convinced me to give it 4 stars instead. I would also like to mention that the hotel allowed me to check in before 2:00 PM. I arrived at around 12:30 PM, and they kindly provided my room without any issues, which I appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at Al Meroz Hotel Bangkok as a solo traveller. The room was incredibly spacious, modern, spotless and very comfortable, with more than enough space to relax after long days exploring Bangkok. The room service and restaurant food were consistently excellent, with a great variety of dishes. I especially appreciated how convenient everything was after busy days sightseeing. The highlight of my stay was the staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Abdularsi and Sujitra for their kindness and exceptional service. Abdularsi always delivered my room service with a smile and was consistently friendly and professional. Sujitra recognised my voice whenever I called to place an order and always made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth and attention to detail made me feel looked after throughout my stay. The hotel was always clean, peaceful and comfortable, and getting around Bangkok with Grab was very easy from this location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Despite its age, the property has been exceptionally well maintained. The stylish interior design and elegant architecture, blending Middle Eastern and Moroccan influences, create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and attentive. I would especially like to thank Ms. Armani and Ms. Onjira at the reception desk. They provided a genuinely warm and gracious welcome, carefully accommodated my requests, and kindly offered me a room upgrade. The room was excellent, and I had a wonderful night's sleep before my next flight. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future. The hotel needs more attention to cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The lunch buffet was very limited, with very few options. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and may not be very appealing to international guests, as most of the dishes were Thai-style breakfast items. Overall, there is room for improvement in both cleanliness and food variety.
