Great hotel, with very friendly and capable staff, always willing to solve any problems immediately. Fantastic rooftop pool, where drinks and food are available to order. Indian restaurant that is attached to the hotel is very good and affordable, with attentive staff, always willing to assist you and open until 4am, with an inexpensive and very tasty breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms, with a very nice washroom. The location is fantastic, with many bars and restaurants on this street and a bank machine right outside.I would highly recommend staying here, as I hope to return to again. Thank you to all of the staff and hope to see you again in the future.

I truely recommend to stay. Many first impressions since I stepped in here (wet 🌧️ ) on a rainy day, they have taken care of me wonderfull; the receptionist, butler, and the hotel manager Mr Ken, he’s very helpful with information and very polite. 🤍 I truly felt like home. Their service is like 5-star hotels. The location is perfect only 10-20 steps to EMSPHERE mall and close to BTS station. Inside is very quiet and lovely ‘without’ the smell from the weed store near here. 👏🏻 The cleanliness is over the top, I love that they use Antiseptic solution as in hospital.

I absolutely loved the accessibility of this property. Getting around was a breeze with super easy access to the BTS, Tuk-tuks, taxis, and nearby spots like Emsphere, great local food establishments, and relaxing massage parlors. I also really enjoyed being able to take a daily stroll over to Terminal 21—it was a wonderful way to stay active while soaking in the area! While the hotel itself isn't overly fancy, it offers incredible value for the price. After being out exploring all day, coming back to a spotless room was such a relief. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, fresh towels were always provided, and the water refills, coffee, and tea were consistently restocked. What truly made the stay special, though, was the warmth of the staff. No matter what time we left or came back, we were always greeted with genuine smiles and friendly hellos. It made the hotel feel so welcoming, especially Khym. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is easy to locate and conveniently situated across from Emsphere, with plenty of nearby dining options. The lobby is fairly spacious and includes a comfortable waiting area. There is also a small, somewhat hidden room toward the back that houses coin-operated laundry facilities (washer and dryer). The approach to the guest rooms offers a pleasant view, and the rooms themselves are quite large. However, there are a few functional and comfort-related concerns. The power outlets have a loose fit, making it difficult to keep plugs securely connected. Sound insulation is minimal, so noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard. In my case, I was placed in a connecting room, which made it possible to hear nearly everything from the adjacent room. There was also a persistent smell of cannabis in certain areas of the property during my stay, which may be noticeable depending on sensitivity. In the restroom, there were visible signs of rust and mold buildup, suggesting that maintenance and detailed cleaning could be improved. Additionally, the shower design causes water to spill into the toilet area, creating a potential slipping hazard. Overall, while the hotel offers spacious accommodations and a convenient location, improvements in maintenance, soundproofing, and overall environment would enhance the guest experience.

Happy holi guys from India. Your fecility was good. I liked your some modern techniques. Nice infrastructure. I liked here's people's behaviour. Receptionist behaviour. That felt friendly. They were talking very politely with the each other. Room service is not available. But still they provides important stuff like water bottle. If you will seek tea coffee packets. So maybe they will provide that too. But mostly I liked their enviornment. Just they does not take deposit. Their cards pemplates tells you their's destory stuff's charges. But if you will maintain there's things. So still that environment is friendly. But mostly I can say there's environment was good and friendly. Just they are strict and alert about their things.

I’d definitely stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit again. Even arriving in the rain, I felt well looked after from the moment I stepped inside. The front desk and the hotel manager were especially helpful and made the whole check-in experience feel easy and welcoming. It left a very good first impression, and I appreciated the care and attention throughout.

Good reception, environment is good, Location is good. Swimming pool is so clean. Convenient when you come for concert at the UOB live you don't have to worry about how to get back to the hotel. Around hotel have restaurant, massage, 7-11 and is so close with Emsphere mall Easy to find something to eat or hangout.

I had a very pleasant stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit during my recent visit to Bangkok. The location is excellent, situated in the Sukhumvit area and within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient for exploring the city.The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room well throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest after a busy day in Bangkok.The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Bangkok. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
