the location of the aparthotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from the BTS station. It is acceptable, in particulars the hotel provides a free tuk tuk to the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food at breakfast is the flaw. There are not many choices, and I accept as the price of the room is not high. The concern is on the freshness of the food. I found that they keep the unconsumed food for days. This is my concern. The room size is generous, and decor is good.

Excellent accommodation, both clean and comfortable. Super comfortable beds, excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. |Staff are very professional, polite and helpful who genuinely wear a happy to help smile.|Highly recommend.|Ps. Drinks in the fridge and snacks are all chargeable on checkout.

We had lovely stayed; all the staff members were lovely and very helpful. Spacious rooms with washing machine and kitchen equipment. Comfortable location, hotel provide shuttle service with schedule time. We will be back to stay again. Recommend!!!

I would like to clarify once again that I did not mention the electricity issue in my review, as this was not the subject of my complaint. My complaint is about the extremely bad and unacceptable smell in the room, which I reported to your staff more than four times. Despite my repeated complaints, the issue was ignored for three days before we were finally moved to another room. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated by your staff. On Monday, one of your employees told me that if I did not leave the hotel by 5:00 PM, he would call the police, even though my reservation was fully paid until Tuesday and the hotel had already received the full payment. I find this kind of threat completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am requesting compensation and a refund for the room/days during which my family and I were forced to stay in unacceptable conditions because of the severe smell, especially after the hotel ignored our repeated complaints for three days. The hotel manager initially promised me compensation and later went back on that promise. Instead of addressing these serious points, your response discusses an electricity issue that I never mentioned in my review. I would appreciate a direct response regarding the three days we stayed in the room with the unacceptable smell, the promised compensation, and the inappropriate threat to call the police despite my reservation being fully paid until Tuesday. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room we were given had an extremely bad and unacceptable smell. I contacted the hotel more than four times asking them to resolve the issue, but they did not move us to another room until three days later, meaning we had to spend three full days in these unpleasant conditions. After the room was finally changed, I requested compensation for the days we had endured the problem. The hotel manager initially promised me compensation, but later changed his word and told me that I would receive nothing. What disappointed me the most was not only the condition of the room, but also the manager’s unprofessional handling of the situation and failure to honor his promise. We paid the full price for our stay and expected, at the very least, a clean and comfortable room and professional customer service. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again.

It gives great value for its price point. Large rooms - one room studio. It's on a quiet street, away from the madness of Sukhumvit Road/Phloen Chit road. A good massage place 3mins away - Buddha Massage and the serenity of Nai Lert Park. Yes, it can be a hassle walking back from the Phloen Chit BTS (takes about 7mins to walk). They have a shuttle that takes you to the BTS every 30mins, starts at 7am. Good thing about this place - you can get on the highway that takes you to the Suvarnabhumi Airport very quickly (less than 2mins).

I had a wonderful stay at Arcadia Suites. The location was very convenient and close to everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent with many great options. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I truly felt relaxed and blessed while staying there. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended! Thank you. 🙏

At Arcadia Suites Bangkok, I stayed 2 nights in a spacious suite with a cozy bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and sleek bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and service was attentive and friendly, making the stay smooth. Breakfast had decent variety but average taste; drinks, yogurt, and salads were highlights, while hot items and pastries were standard. Location was about a 10‑minute walk to Phloen Chit BTS, with shuttle service available. The quiet street made it peaceful, though less lively. ✨ Verdict: A comfortable, apartment‑style stay with good service and space, best for those who value quiet and amenities over immediate BTS access. Cost was ~SGD 211 for 2 nights (~SGD 105.50 per night).

Free tuk tuk service from the apartment to the nearest bts station at phloen chit or central embassy. Service staff are courteous and speak decent English. This is not a hotel with grand entrance or lobby but overall decent stay in Bangkok with satisfactory breakfast, ok gym and good swimming pool. Only inconvenience is the distance from the bts station which is 10 mins walking. But if u have line, u can add the hotel and message them to pick u up from the bts station. Room is clean and with bathtub and other in-room amenities like washing machine, microwave oven and fridge.
