Arte Hotel is centrally located, yet slightly set back in a quiet area, which makes it both convenient and peaceful at the same time. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, and the rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight. I have stayed here three times already and will most likely stay here again on my next visit.

I accidentally dropped my phone into the swimming pool and I used the mythical method of dipping the phone into a bowl of rice. They didn't question anything and gave me a big bowl of rice. It was very generous. I felt a very exceptional customer service there. Thumb up and a big thank you to the staff. One of the staffs named OIL always greeted my son and gave him a big hi five and smiled and played with him. You felt the staffs genuinely love the job and serving the people at the hotel.

The hotel was nice. Superb location. Fantastic breakfast spread. Really liked their ramen/soup, and nearly all the other stuff they had for breakfast. Walking distance to the BTS and MRT. (10 mins) And terminal 21 for food. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The view outside wasn't exactly noteworthy although the koi pool helps. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the toilet though and the toilet door wouldnt completely close (annoying).

Nice hotel, rather clean, cool pool. Location is ok, a bit far if you wanna explore the old parts of Bangkok.The pool is nice, towels are available. Staff is kind, especially the person at the door. Laundry service is quite expensive. Room is spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable with nice bed sheets. The bathroom could be a little bit more taken care of (saw a bit of mold on the shower head holder). Breakfast isn't it though for a hotel of this standard, not a lot of choice and quality of food not amazing. Also didn't really appreciate that you get charged for bottles of water... Overall good experience but I had nicer ones in Bangkok.

pros:loved the convenience of the location. everything is easily accessible. staff are friendly. room service was prompt.the experience felt worth the price.cons:rooms are not soundproof. you can hear almost everything happening in the other room if you are not whispering.we had booked the buffet including- baad idea. didnt like most of the food there and had to eat bread and butter.(better if you walk to terminal 21 mall just 8 mins away- great food, great prices.)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really pleasant stay at Arte Hotel Bangkok. What impressed me most was the service from the hotel staff. They were always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. After a long day of shopping, we arrived back at the hotel with lots of shopping bags. Before we could even ask for help, the staff came over and helped us carry everything from the taxi to the hotel. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Another thing that stood out was their attentiveness. While we were waiting at the lobby, one of the staff noticed us and proactively offered to help arrange an airport transfer. We didn't even have to ask. Their initiative and willingness to assist made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. The room was also clean, neat, and well-maintained throughout our stay. It was elegantly designed with modernized taste, and housekeeping did a great job. It was always nice to return to a tidy and comfortable room after a day out in Bangkok. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Arte Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hotel with warm hospitality, clean rooms, and staff who truly care about their guests.

The hotel is in a great central location, just a 5-minute walk from BTS Asok, which makes transportation very convenient. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful. On the first day, there was a fairly strong smell of bleach/chlorine in the room, but it was fine after that. Overall, a good stay.”

After visiting Hua Hin, I had to stay in Bangkok for one night due to my flight schedule. I was exhausted after a 4-hour bus ride, but I felt relieved as soon as I arrived at the accommodation. The staff welcomed me warmly and kindly upgraded my room to one with a balcony. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with strong, refreshing air conditioning. On the 9th floor, there was a rooftop swimming pool, and a small gym on B1, which made the stay even more relaxing. I was able to rest properly and recover from my long journey. I would definitely love to stay here again, as I was extremely satisfied with the experience 😁
