Very good location and convenient to travel around Bangkok. The room was clean and spacious.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money and I had a comfortable stay. I also want to specially mention my friend who works here Kay . She is very kind, hardworking 😊. She excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable………

This place is a gem. The location is really good, within 15 minutes walk from makasan airport rail. So if you're having a one night stop in Bangkok it's ideal. Also not far from Asok, so very close to the touristy areas. For the price, it's a steal. Although small, the gym is decent. Rooms are clean. Overall it was a great layover in Bangkok.

The rooms very good just like the picture. Staff were very professional. The buffet breakfast was not my type of food but others might like it. It's decent. Location is very good. Don't hear traffic. The Best thing was, after I moved out to another bigger apartment they called me back to get my 1000 bath deposit. How nice 🙂. I would definitely come back because you get more than what you paid for. Love it.

Decent Hotel in Good Location, but the Old Wing is Dated” I found this hotel to be a decent couple of nights stay in a good area of Bangkok. My room seemed to have been upgraded to a larger room that was very spacious and clean with a large balcony, but was in the old wing. Dated furnishings and weak aircon for the size of the room, but still decent for the price I paid for the room. It would be interesting to see what the newer wing rooms looked like to compare, but as I was only staying 2 nights before moving on I didn't bother asking to check out the newer block. The breakfast was ample with more of an Asian selection, but that is fine for me having lived in Asia for almost 30 years. The egg station is located back in the kitchen and they will knock up eggs (various ways) if you ask. For me the breakfast was ample and changed each morning of the two days I was there. The have a very small pool which is more of a lounge about than swimming affair, but will cool you down in the hot season heat of Bangkok. They have a gym which was small, but was well enough equipped for a decent workout. All in all a decent stay at a decent price. I will consider staying here again and would look to be housed in the newer block to compare rooms. Recommended reasonably priced hotel in Sukhumvit. 27 Mar 2026

Hey guys stop looking for the perfect place, location, price or cleanness place, I have stayed here for the first time in 2024 and since that first experience at Asoke Residence in Bangkok I have not yet found a place that compares to Asoke, it’s clean, friendly, the atmosphere is amazing the breakfast well worth paying for in advance and the rooms are so quiet that you might just wake up late for your breakfast so don’t be afraid to ask for a wake up call. Anyway enough bla bla if you’re looking for the best location and the best room in Bangkok give Asoke Residence a try you won’t regret it I’m positive about that.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a month due to the location. Our fav is the breakfast. We love the variety of menu that the chef Khun Mon created. I never get bored with the local breakfast here. The hotel offered superb breakfast, very good value for money and excellent location!

I’ve been staying here for the last 4 years. I came for the location, but I stayed because of the people here. Kay, Lynn and the rest of the Asoke Residence, Sukhumvit team make me feel very welcome every time. It’s the small things - remembering my preference for the old block, my room number, checking with me about a taxi the day before check out, their warm smiles. It’s almost home for me in Bangkok. |I’ll be back for sure.

Asoke Residence Sukhumvit – Great Breakfast and Superb Location.We had a fantastic stay! It feels more like a private apartment than a standard hotel room.Breakfast: The breakfast was really good and tasty. A great variety of fresh options to start your day right.Spacious & Clean: The rooms are huge and spotless. Fresh linens and professional housekeeping made our stay very comfortable.Staff: Very polite and helpful with any request.Peaceful: Surprisingly quiet inside, even though it's near the busy Asoke area.Travel Tip: The location is perfect for airport transfers. The Airport Rail Link (Makkasan station) is just a 5-7 minute walk away. The train takes you directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport in 35 minutes for a very low price. It’s much faster and more reliable than taking a taxi through Bangkok's famous traffic!
