Response from the property
Thank you for your feedback regarding the bathroom floor. The hotel uses textured tiles specifically designed for wet areas to help reduce slipperiness. However, we will take it into consideration for future renovations by selecting materials with even better slip-resistant properties.

Response from the property
We would like to further clarify the hotel’s security measures. * Outside visitors are required to exchange an ID before entering the building and cannot freely enter or leave without registration. * Staff are available on-site 24 hours a day. * Buildings without on-site staff use a keycard access system. * All guest rooms are equipped with standard door locks. * In-room safety boxes are provided, and guests may set their own passcodes. * CCTV cameras are installed at the building entrance and along the hallways. We fully understand that safety and security are very important concerns for all guests. However, while the hotel may not be able to control the surrounding environment outside the building entirely, within the hotel premises we strictly follow standard security procedures and measures. In this particular case, the guest confirmed that they wished to bring an outside visitor into the property. The visitor did not provide an ID card, which under normal circumstances would not be permitted by hotel policy. However, as the guest confirmed they would take full personal responsibility, the hotel made a special exception in this instance. The visitor stayed for only a short period of time before leaving the hotel. As this falls under personal freedom, the hotel has no authority to detain or restrict an individual from leaving the premises. Afterwards, the guest informed the hotel that personal belongings were missing and requested information regarding the visitor. However, the hotel was not involved in the incident itself. We therefore advised the guest to file a police report in accordance with legal procedures, but the guest chose not to proceed with filing a report. The hotel sincerely apologizes for the incident and will further reinforce staff procedures regarding visitor screening and identity verification in order to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all guests.
For a quick bite, the hotel's own bar and lobby bar serve snacks and drinks. Just outside, the area around Soi Nana Nuea (Sukhumvit 3) has many Arab and Indian restaurants, including Dosa King, Punjabi & South Indian Vegetarian, about 250 meters away. A 10-minute walk or one BTS stop to Asok brings you to Terminal 21's Pier 21 food court on the 5th floor for varied Thai food. Two 7-Eleven stores are nearby for snacks and essentials.
The hotel sits at the start of Soi Sukhumvit 7/1, just a 2-minute walk from Nana BTS Station, so you are right in the middle of Sukhumvit's lively scene. The immediate area is known for nightlife, but you pass only one bar before reaching the hotel. Within a short walk you will find an ATM right in front, a 7-Eleven at the mouth of Soi Sukhumvit 11, and currency exchange at Vasu. Benjakitti Park is a 17-minute walk away, and Lumphini Park is 23 minutes on foot. The area has many Arab and Indian restaurants, especially toward Soi Nana Nuea (Sukhumvit 3).
From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Rail Link to Phaya Thai, then the BTS to Nana station, about a 2-minute walk to the hotel via Exit 1. From Don Mueang Airport, take the SRT Red Line to Bang Sue, then the MRT Blue Line to Sukhumvit and one BTS stop to Nana. A taxi or pre-booked transfer is also a straightforward option from either airport. The hotel is right at the start of Soi Sukhumvit 7/1, so you only pass one bar before reaching it. Nana BTS is the nearest station, and Asok BTS is about a 22-minute walk away.
In the evening, you can start at the hotel's own bar or lobby bar for a relaxed drink. The area around Soi Sukhumvit 7/1 is known for nightlife, and you're just a short walk from Nana BTS Station, making it easy to hop to other spots. Benjakitti Park is a 17-minute walk away, a pleasant place for an evening stroll. For a different vibe, Terminal 21's food court is about a 10-minute walk or one BTS stop to Asok, offering varied Thai food. You could also take a BTS ride to explore more of the city's evening scene.
Yes, Atlas Bangkok Hotel is a great base for exploring Bangkok. You can walk to Benjakitti Park in 17 minutes and Lumphini Park in 23 minutes, both perfect for a morning stroll. For longer trips, Nana BTS Station is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you easy access to the city. SEA LIFE Bangkok is 2.3 km, Jim Thompson House Museum 3.1 km, and Chinatown 5.1 km, so you'll need a short BTS or taxi ride for those. The hotel's own bar and lobby bar are handy for a relaxed evening after sightseeing. With the BTS so close, you can reach most major sights without hassle.
