I had an amazing stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel! The location could not be better, super close to MRT and shopping malls, very easy to get around Bangkok. The room is clean, modern and comfortable, the bed is soft and I slept really well. The young lady minnie at the front desk gave us exceptional service, she was so nice, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The swimming pool and onsen are wonderful for relaxation after a long day out. Everything exceeded my expectations. Definitely will come back and highly recommend to everyone!

I had a very pleasant stay at Avani Ratchada Bangkok. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed experience, especially for travellers who want easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping, dining, and business areas.One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is very conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to travel around Bangkok without relying too much on taxis or dealing with traffic. This was especially useful for visiting central areas, shopping malls, local markets, and other attractions. The surrounding area also has plenty of food options, convenience stores, and places to explore, so it is practical for both short stays and longer visits.The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team was responsive whenever assistance was needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt professional and welcoming.The common areas were clean and well maintained. The facilities were good, including the gym, swimming pool, and dining areas. Breakfast had a decent variety, with both local and international choices, and the restaurant service was attentive. It was a pleasant way to start the day before heading out around the city.The room was clean, spacious enough, and generally comfortable. The bed was good, the air-conditioning worked well, and the room had the basic amenities needed for a convenient stay. The only small point is that some parts of the room may feel slightly outdated compared with newer hotels in Bangkok. However, everything was still functional, clean, and well maintained, so it did not affect the overall comfort of the stay.

I can feel this hotel is newly renovated with the upgraded facilities inside the room. The room is very spacious and comfortable, I can sleep soundly here. One thing is, the bathroom should be renovated becase the shower is leak. The lobby area was great with lovely postcard to take, and the facilities such as onsen, sauna, gym, and massage. Perfect for holiday. Across the hotel there’s Central Rama 9, big mall, and the surrounding also many malls and supermarkets. It’s really convenient to stay. It will take you 50 mins from airport.

We had a pleasant stay at Avani. The location is excellent, with the MRT station just downstairs and a shopping mall directly opposite, making it very convenient to get around. Do note that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the construction noise can be quite noticeable during the day. As a Titanium Elite member, we were upgraded to a suite on the club floor, which we appreciated. However, it would have been even better if complimentary lounge access had been included with the upgrade. In this regard, I feel the Hilton Honors programme offers better elite upgrade benefits. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The toiletries in the bathroom are provided in refillable dispensers that are neither sealed nor locked, which left us with some concerns about hygiene and possible contamination. We were also surprised to learn that the laundry bag is chargeable at 100 THB, which is quite unusual for a hotel of this standard. The reception staff were excellent, professional, welcoming, and fluent in English. However, the restaurant staff were less attentive and did not come across as particularly friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay. While the location and front desk service were definite highlights, there are a few areas that could be improved to provide a better guest experience.

Easy to travel to majority of attractions. Within 30 minutes from both airports. I stayed for 2 weeks and the staff are amazing and always helpful. You will get free gym, sauna, onsen and swimming pool during your stay. The complimentary breakfast gives you a lot of options to choose from. Fortune Town is merged with the hotel so you can roam within the mall too! Lotus Hypermarket is also attached and you can just walk to it from within the building.

The service was excellent. The front desk staff Pim was very friendly and welcoming. She helped upgrade my room, and I really appreciate her kindness. The housekeeping staff were also very nice. They always greeted me warmly and kept the room very clean. The hotel location is excellent as well. Right across the street is Central Rama 9, and the MRT station is right next to the hotel, making it very convenient. There are also plenty of good food options nearby.

I recently stayed at Avani Ratchada Bangkok during a business trip. The hotel took over the former property in 2024 and the rooms have been beautifully upgraded. Although building itself is old, the renovated rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. The large windows in the room allowed plenty of natural light too. The hotel is situated along a busy main road, so the traffic noise can be noticeable, especially for light sleepers. I could also occasionally hear doors closing loudly from neighboring rooms, which can sometimes affected the overall comfort. The hotel offers good facilities on the 12th floor, including swimming pool, gym, massage spa and a small onsen. The hotel location is definitely 1 of the hotel's strongest points. It is surrounded by shopping malls and is conveniently connected to the Phra Ram 9 MRT station, making transportation around the city very easy. Overall I had a pleasant stay. The hospitality was excellent with friendly and helpful staff and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for business travelers who value convenience and accessibility, though light sleepers may want to request a quieter room.

Five star hotel? Probably not. The room that I was assigned to is, to put it bluntly, a 3 star standard: the toilet was cramped, the LED lighting of the bedroom was "daylight" and not warm (too bright), the toiletries are subpar, the ceiling height is low, and the side table + furniture is too small. The vestibule and hallway have that certain dirty carpet smell as well. However, I give kudos to the great Frontdesk personnel (if I can recall, her name is Mimie) as she did a tremendous job welcoming me and making sure everything is good during check in. In addition, she and the security staff did their jobs above and beyond: they reviewed CCTV footage and informed me that I forgot my groceries at the lobby. Now that is what I call service. Breakfast was great as well, and I love the french toast sprinkled with cinnamon. And the location? Nearby Central Rama 9 and the MRT. Perfect. And the views from the 20th floor from my room was spectacular - just see the pictures in my review. Maybe the rooms need a refresh or renovation in my opinion. And because of the subpar room (as mentioned in my review above), I cannot give this a 5 star rating, considering the price to value ratio.
