Only drawback is the occasional tidal flood after sunset, but even that is not the fault of the hotel! The service here is superb, and needless to say I had a great time here. BIP is located next to the Bangkok Stadium and behind it there is also a very fanciful and lively walking street for locals and university students (the price is very affordable)! All in all a 11/10 experience.

This is not a 5 * hotel everything is old and needs a refurb even some parts of the room like the air vents are filthy. I gave it 5* as had a good experience with check in the room was dark quiet and comfortable which is what matters and its located well.

The hotel is basic but conveniently located near the stadium, which was perfect for attending a concert. One of the highlights was being able to hear the concert from the rooftop bar, which added to the experience. However, the room had a few downsides: there was a strong sewage smell from the toilet, and the single air-conditioner struggled to cool the room properly. Will only stay here if I have to watch a concert.

It’s more like a 2.5 The pillows were SOOOO LUMPY, the beds were insanely springy. I would’ve much rather slept on a yoga matt on the floor. Our tour guide said it was a 5 star hotel but it DEF wasn’t 😞

I stayed here for one night because i attending a marathon at the rajamangala stadium, so this hotel has a very close location to the stadium entry. Easy to find foods and convenient stores. The hotel was clean, a bit old but well maintained, the receptionist staffs was polite and informative, the security and roomboy was helpful. the price is reasonable and no surprise charge, you have to deposit THB1000 and returned when you check out. My room got window, bathroom was clean and all room facilities worked well, there were bath kit also. No complain.

The hotel is highly recommended! Super nice, very courteous staff. There is a great rooftop bar and a pool on the twelfth floor. There are two elevators. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We had booked a room without a window, which wasn't a problem as we knew and we were only staying one night anyway. The air conditioning is very good, it only takes a few minutes after getting into the room for it to cool down a bit. The lobby is very large, with plenty of seating and a spot for free water and juice. The toilets there are also very clean and you can drop off your luggage free of charge and pick it up again later. When you check in you have to pay 1000 baht in cash as a deposit for the room and the card, but you simply get it back when you check out. The hotel is in a really good location. You can be in the city in around 15 minutes by cab or Grab, depending on the traffic situation. Currently (June 2025) there is a large long construction site in the street in front of the hotel, which is why there are unfortunately some delays. Right on the corner next to the hotel is also a 7 11. Highly recommended hotel for a maximum stay of 3/4 nights.

One of our go-to’s. There’s a 7/11 located right beside but the overall place is far from any big malls so consider the taxi fares before u book. The rooms are nice and clean with a good breakfast

What really stood out to me was the staff service. Onny and Locket were the ones serving me and they were so kind and friendly, making my very first day such a wonderful one. During the check-in process, they were emitting such good and positive vibes that made it so fun and enjoyable experience leaving all of us laughing with joy. They were also very helpful in guiding me with the local food options! It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality these days — every encounter felt sincere. I truly appreciated their effort and positive attitude.

You can eat well without going far. The hotel itself has a restaurant, a cafe, a snack bar, and a lobby bar, plus a bar for drinks. Right outside, Gulmolas Coffee & Food is about 30 meters away, and The Duke is about 320 meters away. A bit further, Brosistas is 490 meters away, Holy Moly Bangkok is 550 meters, and Hongmin is about 1 kilometer. For more choices, a night market is a 5-minute walk from the property, and many restaurants surround the nearby Rajamangala National Stadium.
