I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room provided to us. The toilet was not functioning, with the commode filled with water and unable to flush. The electricity was also not working properly, and the room was extremely dusty. The moment I sat down, dust visibly rose into the air, which raised serious concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. I personally went to the reception and raised these issues with the manager. However, the manager showed very little concern and did not handle our complaint in a professional or satisfactory manner. I have photographic evidence of all the issues mentioned above. Another guest also shared their hotel card with us as evidence of their stay after experiencing similar issues at the hotel. we had already paid the full amount for the stay, we initiated at least a partial refund request; however, this was denied by the hotel. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, particularly due to both the condition of the room and the way our concerns were handled by management.

They offer a wonderful variety of Western, Thai, and Indian dishes, and I especially enjoyed the freshly made dosai. The staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I’d happily stay here again.

I will say I have mixed 🔀 reactions about this hotel 🏨during my stay here. This hotel 🏨 is always on high demand you will face it during your check-in, even if you have reservations you will have to wait atleast 30 minutes to get your key🔑. Not taking credit away but this hotel 🏨 has captivating ambience 🌱 inside it that looks premium 🌟 feels premium 🌟 it might as well smells premium 🌟 if you sniff the walls. All the staffs are very helpful, the lift man in perticular😂, he was so cute. I couldn't see his face, he always wore a face mask 😷 but everytime when you were out and return back to the hotel 🏨 he sees 👀 you at the entrance then quickly finds🔍 an open lift 🛗 and hold it for you till you get inside, nice guy 🥰. Rooms 🛌are comfortable, roof holds great view too🎑. Food has multiple cuisine 🍳🍴. If you have an early flight 🛫🧳around 3-4A.M🕒 you can request breakfast, they will hand it to you (packed🥡) during checkout. Location📍 of the hotel 🏨 could have been better but anyway and most important you must check and accept your booking details📑 as mentioned in your itinerary🧾 cause sometimes they provide something different from what was stated. They did it on mine but later it got half settled (not entirely) so do clarify it during your check-in. Other than that it's a good hotel 🏨. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

Room 8056, Stay period 26-31 JULY 2026. My stay at Bangkok International Hotel ended on a very unpleasant note. During checkout, I was shocked to be charged an unreasonably large amount for a supposedly broken tray plate, missing glass & bathroom slippers. The charges were completely disproportionate and felt unjustified. What disappointed me even more was the staff's attitude. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they were inflexible, dismissive, and unwilling to provide a reasonable explanation or consider a fair resolution. It left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of rather than treated as a valued guest. This experience completely overshadowed my stay. I expected honesty, transparency, and customer-oriented service from an international hotel, but unfortunately, I received the opposite. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values fair treatment and respectful customer service. I strongly advise future guests never to opt for stay here and clarify the hotel's damage policy before checkout to avoid unexpected and excessive charges.

(Note: Giving an extra star specifically for the hospitality of Mr. Banyar K and Nuttpol!) The Bangkok Palace Hotel is a solid budget option, particularly popular with Indian tour groups. While the facilities are standard, the individual efforts of some staff members and the food quality made the stay much better. The Standouts: • Exceptional Staff: I am giving an extra star because of the hospitality of Mr. Banyar K at reception and Nuttpol the bell boy. They were both amazing, friendly, and very helpful. (Note: Some other reception staff can be a bit rude and should work on being more welcoming). • Excellent Indian Breakfast: The breakfast spread is great for Indian travelers. The live dosa was tasty and amazing, and the Masala tea was also very good. • Unbeatable Airport Drop: For just 500 THB, the hotel arranged an airport drop in a Toyota Fortuner. It was a premium, comfortable experience for a very low price. Good to Know: • The Basics: Rooms are normal/standard budget quality. • Visitor Policy: Keep in mind they charge 1,000 THB for any outside visitors. Final Verdict: A moderate budget stay made better by great food and a few star employees. If you want a taste of home and a comfortable ride to the airport, this is a good choice.

Do Not Trust the Online Photos (Rooms 3050 & 3057) We stayed for one night across two rooms (3050 and 3057), and the entire experience was deeply underwhelming. ​The property is very dated and suffers from a severe lack of maintenance. Right from entering the rooms, there was a persistent foul smell. The bathrooms were in particularly poor shape—both the taps and the shower fixtures were faulty, worn out, and frustrating to use. ​For a massive 668-room hotel, the place felt eerily empty with only a skeleton staff visible, and it quickly became obvious why occupancy is so low: the room and bathroom quality simply do not meet basic standards. ​Do not rely on the polished photos uploaded on Google or booking platforms. What you see online is far from what you actually get. Would not recommend or return.

Had a wonderful 4-day stay at Bangkok Palace Hotel! Everything from the warm hospitality to the comfortable rooms made our experience truly memorable. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Loved the breakfast spread and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bangkok! 🇹🇭✨

My stay at the Bangkok Palace Hotel was a mixed experience. While the hotel has a good location and decent facilities, several aspects of the stay felt quite dated and below expectations. The hotel itself is large and located in a reasonably convenient part of Bangkok, which makes it relatively easy to reach shopping areas and city attractions. The lobby area looks grand at first glance and gives the impression of a classic, older luxury hotel. However, once inside the rooms, the age of the property becomes very noticeable. The furniture and interiors feel quite outdated, and the rooms could definitely benefit from renovation. Cleanliness was acceptable but not particularly impressive, and overall the room didn’t feel as comfortable as one would expect from a hotel of this size. Service was average. The staff were polite but not especially attentive, and check-in and other requests took longer than expected. Breakfast options were decent but fairly standard and not particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel may work if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a central location, but don’t expect a modern or luxury experience. With some refurbishment and improved service, this property could be much better.
