Had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the large bathroom, which was well-designed and came with complete amenities. The room was also bright with plenty of natural light, making it feel even more welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices with both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious, making it a great way to start the day. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with spacious rooms, great breakfast, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel in a convenient location.

I recently stayed at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit and had a perfect experience from start to finish.Before my arrival, I contacted the hotel regarding an early check-in request. Although they informed me that it could not be guaranteed due to high occupancy, the team remained professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process. Upon arrival, they kindly assisted me and made every effort to have my room ready as early as possible, which I greatly appreciated after my journey.The hotel itself was exceptional. The room was spacious, spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay.What truly stood out was the outstanding service from all the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest.The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas. A great stay - the hotel has everything. Lovely rooms, very clean, nice breakfast, great rooftop bar, relaxing swimming pool and more. The on site Chinese restaurant was a bit flat on atmosphere but had great food and very good service. The location is brilliant - I didn’t end up taking public transport but even then, most places were just a short taxi ride away. Nearby were lots of local amenities, supermarkets, nail salons etc - and a lot of well rated restaurants in the area as well. I thought the price was very reasonable and the quality for the price was exceptional.

Great experience, lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was incredible. Room was perfect. Pool and gym excellent. Had an aroma massage on the last day that finished my stay at the Carlton perfectly. Will definitely stay here again! 🙂 I was also given a free room upgrade, which was a great start to my stay.

9.5/10 Amazing hotel, honestly nothing but positives. Fast elevator Beautiful hallways Amazing view Automatic curtains and such are very nice Good location, close to the mall, close to Sorn, and some of the most popular Sois though we didn’t get to see those at night. Nice toilet, bidet and heating/drying Great waterfall shower. Pool was beautiful

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The hotel was beautiful, modern and perfectly located in Bangkok.
