This was my second stay at Centre Point Pratunam, and overall, it was a mixed experience.For our family trip, we booked the connected family room, which consisted of two connected rooms with a total of four queen-size beds. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 9 people, including 3 children and 1 baby.Before our trip, I called the hotel to confirm that there would be no issues with the number of guests, especially since we were traveling with young children and a baby. The staff reassured me that everything was fine and informed me that the only additional charge would be breakfast for the children.Upon arrival, however, the front desk staff appeared unaware of the information I had previously confirmed with the hotel. It seemed that no remarks or instructions regarding the children in our booking had been passed on, resulting in unnecessary questions and confusion during check-in.What disappointed me most was the attitude of the front desk staff handling my check-in. After collecting a SGD150 cash deposit from me, he abruptly tossed the money onto the counter without any care or professionalism. I found this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable, especially from someone representing a hotel of this standard. Having just arrived after a long journey and being stuck in heavy traffic, I chose not to confront him and simply proceeded with the check-in. Nevertheless, that incident immediately spoiled my mood and created a very poor first impression of the hotel.Thankfully, the rest of our stay was much more pleasant. I would especially like to thank Annie (I may not remember her name correctly), who appeared to be the restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to assist our family by helping us obtain a discount for the children's breakfast. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly brightened our day and restored some of our confidence in the hotel's hospitality.The hotel's location remains excellent, and the family room setup is ideal for large groups traveling together. However, I hope management will improve communication between departments and address the professionalism of certain front desk staff. A single negative interaction at check-in can significantly affect a guest's overall experience. Special thanks again to Annie for her outstanding service and genuine care for guests.

I stayed at this hotel in April and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the hotel is not directly connected to the BTS, it is within walking distance of BTS Ratchathewi Station. Several shopping malls and popular shopping areas are also nearby. Special thanks to Little at the reception desk for being so kind and helpful throughout my three night stay. I truly appreciated the excellent service. 🩷🙏🏼

As this is 4star and for the price paid, I’ll definitely come back again for my next trip. Rooms are clean and comfy. Layout of the room is big and spacious. If you like the convenience of going to the morning market and massage this place is definitely something to consider. I have earlier thought child breakfast was included and didn’t read the terms properly and purchase the option with breakfast. For 350 baht per child I felt this is not worth it especially when they eat so little like a bowl of cereal and bread only. Paid for their breakfast on the first day and brought them to the McDonald’s nearby the next day where they enjoyed the breakfast there even better and it’s cheaper too. Aside from bottled water, there were instant noodles, fruits and soft drinks in the room and these are all complimentary too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing experience at Center Point Plus Pratunam in Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an absolutely wonderful team: friendly, warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The staff really made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was beautiful, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was clean, well-designed, and high quality. We had an excellent night and really appreciated having such a pleasant place to relax after our days exploring Bangkok. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s different facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and lodge. Everything was very well maintained and the spaces were perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, and we also really enjoyed the meals offered by the hotel. For anyone who creates content, the hotel is also an ideal place for professional Instagram photos, with beautiful spaces, great lighting, and plenty of very photogenic spots. A huge thank you to the whole team for such a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back on our next visit to Bangkok! We highly recommend this hotel! 🇹🇭❤️

One of the hotels right in the heart of pratunam with good price range. Beds r comfy and big. I stayed here due to massage parlours just outside the hotel which is very convenient. There is a side door leading to 7-11 next door. Air con and fridge are my fav because im always hot hot hot and the both are super cold. Fuss free service.

Rooms are all but decent, there's a cigarettes smell in the from the toilet sink, but still bearable. What's specially made it good was Anny and the team who served us breakfast with 10 star service every morning. Location of hotel is great too, with eateries and 7/11 at the door step

This was our second stay at Centre Point Plus, and it did not disappoint! We would like to give a special compliment to Reemay for welcoming us with a beautifully decorated bed for our wedding anniversary—it was such a lovely, unexpected surprise. ​The hotel's location is incredibly convenient: there is a 7-11 right outside, and a massage place just a minute's walk away. The new Big C inside Phenix Mall is directly opposite the hotel, and there are great new halal food options nearby as well! Due to some major road works in the area, we had to walk a little bit further to cross, but overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

Booked 2 rooms (one triple, one double) and was allocated to a connecting room which we appreciated. The large rooms are super useful to unload all the shopping. Theres a full-sized fridge/freezer in the room together with a microwave and all the plates, cutlery etc. Would recommend for large groups. The usual Bangkok streets jam so do expect to wait for your Grab ride. Its also a 15min walk to CentralWorld which you can exit from the side door. Hotel provides a one-way shuttle van for up to 11pax at 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm to CentralWorld and Siam - early reservation recommended. A downside is the road construction which affected one of the rooms quite badly as the pounding went on through the night. That particular corner room also was subjected to the loud aircon compressor sounds. Also lifts are super slow. 3 lifts for the whole building of 20+ floors.
