This hotel was quite good and located in a quiet and calm suburban area which was apparently the embassy suburb in Bangkok. The service at the hotel was very good. The facilities were very good with a special mention going out to the gym which was huge for a hotel gym and had a lot of new Technogym equipment. The pool was also very big. The room service was prompt and efficient however the flavour was somewhat lacking. The breakfast buffet was reasonable however not the best that I’ve had would stay again simply because of the price and service.

There are so many things that attract me to enjoy the lounge with plenty of pastries and cafes during tea time. After a long-haul flight, I check in, and I get an upgraded room. I also get to know the benefits, including learning more about the hotel than I have during my previous visits. I’m so grateful to Mr. Ziggy for helping assign the best room options, including one with a nice view. A quiet area that’s allowed me to sleep well, and also the crew here. Super fantastic

I had an amazing stay at Conrad Bangkok. The room was excellent, especially the stunning city view and the overall comfort of the space. The hospitality from the team was outstanding, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the Executive Lounge was a great place to relax with excellent service and a comfortable atmosphere. I also really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the convenience of the 24-hour gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything about the experience was excellent, from the facilities to the service. Conrad Bangkok truly delivers a luxury stay, and I would definitely love to come back again.

I recently had mixed feelings during my stay at the Conrad. While I was staying there for 3 nights, I was upgraded to a corner room which was quite old, but I couldn't complain really because auf the upgrade (through Amex). You can also notice which areas are renovated and which are not. For example the spa area is quite nice but the pool bar looks a bit boring and could also be at a double tree. I also made a reservation through concierge at the japanese restaurant for an omakase menu. Actually as I went to the restaurant, they told me that they haven't got any reservation for the omakase and it wouldn't be possible that evening so they offered me a normal table. They were nice to me and apologised a lot but they could've done more than apologising. No message, no compensation at all. As I ordered room service, the burger I ordered arrived without any cloche which obviously caused the food to not stay warm. The food wasn't cold but definitely not hot and the patty itself was really dry. Despite all these unfortunate misunderstandings, I had a great experience with ,,Game,, at the breakfast who delivered a very good service which I was expecting during my whole stay. Also the breakfast itself was really good and enhanced my stay. The Omakase which I was attending a day after the reservation failure, was also great and the chefs were really nice. Overall, I'm a bit frustrated and there is definitely improvement needed in the communication between Front of House and F&B. I also need to mention that the only time I heard my name was at the check-in which was also a bit of a shame. I'm glad that I got a total discount of my stay before, otherwise I would be way more disappointed. The value for money is okay, but I wouldn't consider this hotel as a real luxury hotel considering the service problem.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Conrad Bangkok! The location is unbeatable – just across the street from bustling shopping districts, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. While the hotel has been operating for some time, many guest rooms have been fully renovated, blending elegant Thai aesthetics with contemporary modern amenities perfectly. Service throughout our stay was outstanding; every staff member was attentive and warm. The heated swimming pool is incredibly relaxing. The hotel also features a fully equipped fitness centre and a tennis court. We booked a high-floor room and were rewarded with sweeping, panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline. Would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Location is pretty central and you can easily get a grab to go anywhere Service was amazing. Game, Vivian, Nid, and Jazzy really took care of us every morning during breakfast. They knew our drinks and knew we liked it extra sweet so they made sure it was made to our liking. Rooms were large and comfortable. Large and fully loaded gym. Large pool. Pickleball court. Hotel was relatively quiet which was great

It is a nice hotel overall and offers good value for money. The rooms and common areas are well maintained, and the breakfast is very good with a wide selection. It can get quite crowded during peak hours, and some tables are placed very close together, but the quality of the food is strong. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at The Diplomat Bar inside the hotel. The setting of the bar is pleasant and the drinks were alright, so quite large and decent in quality. We visited because of a happy hour promotion (buy two, pay for one). However, no one explained the specific conditions when we ordered. When we later asked to pay, there was no staff around and we had to walk up to the bar to settle the bill ourselves. Only then were we told that the promotion applied per person — meaning each guest had to order two drinks individually to receive one free. Since we had other plans, staying longer wasn’t an option. The final bill was much higher than expected. This condition should have been clearly communicated upfront. Without that explanation, it feels misleading. Staff did not acknowledge the communication issue and insisted the full amount had to be paid. Later that evening, an attempt was made to resolve the situation by offering vouchers for the next night within a limited two-hour window. As we already had plans, this was not helpful. A bottle of wine at checkout was then suggested and we agreed, which could have resolved the matter. However, at checkout the next day, no one was aware of this arrangement. A manager had to be called, we waited another 15 minutes, and eventually had to leave to catch our taxi. The situation was uncomfortable and poorly coordinated. While the hotel itself is good overall, the handling of this issue by bar staff and management was disappointing and not in line with the standard one would expect from a Conrad property.

Great Stay . Great Team Great hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the Team Members made us feel genuinely welcomed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to help, creating a warm and memorable experience throughout our stay. A special thank you to Vivian at breakfast, who went above and beyond every morning. Her genuine care, positive energy, and attention to detail made each day start on a wonderful note. We would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Our room was always impeccably maintained, and I believe Jacky was responsible for looking after it, thank you for the outstanding service and attention to detail. Last mention to Khun Yo from Liu as well great service. The hotel’s location is fantastic, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and key attractions around Bangkok while still providing a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. Overall, it was an exceptional stay with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great atmosphere. We highly recommend Conrad Bangkok and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
