I stayed at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park for one night, and overall I had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent service. Room: I was upgraded to a Premium Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my family. Breakfast: There was a great variety of food, including international, Japanese, and Thai cuisine, as well as plenty of fresh fruit. The only small disappointment was that my daughter couldn't find ramen at breakfast this time, as she had really enjoyed it during our previous stay. Club Lounge: Khun May and all of the lounge staff were exceptional. They handled both my check-in and check-out efficiently at the Club Lounge, making the whole process quick and seamless. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality!

I stay at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park by IHG 1-3 times a year, and each time I find the service quality consistently excellent. This year, I found the service to be even better. The check-in staff were very efficient. Perhaps because it's an older hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are comfortable, and they even have bathtubs, which I consider a big plus. I enjoyed the Club Lounge afternoon tea, and the cakes were delicious. The staff in the Club Lounge were enthusiastic and cheerful. I also enjoyed the dim sum buffet, which offered a discount for hotel guests. On my departure day, during check-out, I would like to commend Miss Kanoon; she was such a lovely and helpful employee. She helped me use a 20 USD discount coupon for food, and I am truly grateful to her. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many restaurants, Dusit Central Park, Lumpini Park, and both the BTS and MRT – a truly great location for staying in Bangkok.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. The lobby is quite small, but Mr. Natt, the staff member on the ground floor, is very welcoming and helpful. When checking in, go to the 23rd floor. The reception team is keen and provided a smiley-face service for me. The upper lobby is modern and clean. The room is quite simple and has modern decor. The best thing is the absolutely comfortable bed! Sweet dreams, guys.

My first stay with my wife at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, I genuinely felt like a valued Diamond Elite member. A big thank you to the reception and Club Lounge teams for their outstanding service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Excellent location and just a nice short walk to Silom and all the malls. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. It was also a pleasure meeting Evian, the General Manager, during breakfast. He was friendly, approachable, and it's clear he is doing an excellent job leading such a wonderful team. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park this summer. The location is excellent—very convenient to both the BTS Skytrain and MRT stations, with many restaurants nearby and shopping malls within easy reach. It made getting around Bangkok so easy and convenient. A special thank you to Mr. Tim, the restaurant manager, who always made sure I had a great breakfast. He was very attentive and always took the time to check on me. His kindness and excellent service really made my mornings special. I would also like to thank the two staff members at the Club Lounge. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their names, but I truly appreciated their warm and pleasant personalities. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. The food and drinks at the Club Lounge were also excellent. The housekeeping team on my floor deserves a special thank you as well. They worked very hard and always made sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was well trained, friendly, and professional, but most importantly, they had such great personalities and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok!

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. As an IHG Platinum Elite member, I was upgraded to a suite, which was a welcome benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The city views from the suite were beautiful and one of the highlights of the hotel. The main reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the water temperature. The shower water was often only cool to warm rather than consistently hot, which was disappointing. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

I recently stayed 12 days at this property. My experience was absolutely great. The location, staff friendliness and care was impeccable. I would highly recommend the property to anyone considering the area. The Club lounge is an awesome perk and the staff (Candi, Kathy, Ben, Daisy and Namnao) are all angels...they make the lounge and stay the best that can be had. If you're looking for a great breakfast that can't be beat...this property is the place to have it. I did not eat the dinner or other venue offerings but they all looked delicious. The property is conveniently located to rail and subway, major malls, and tons of eating and entertainment. You may pay more for this property but the location, impeccable staff, and amenities make it all worth the extra. Again, I really appreciate everything the property staff did for me and the great care. I will be back again and look forward to my next stay.

Impeccable service from Naonao, Candy and Kathy in the club lounge. They took special care to remember my order and name making me feel very welcomed each time. Hotel is extremely well priced for the quality of service and rooms. I definitely look forward to staying here again.
