Third time I’ve stayed at Divalux. Great value, close to the airport but feels like you’re in the countryside. Comfortable rooms, the staff are very helpful. My son said the burger is the best he’s ever had, looked after by Pim and chef Opas who went out of his way to make mango and sticky rice for us. Great shuttle service to the airport as well 🤩

Excellent location, good rooms, competitive price. Public facilities need better maintenance like walls and elevators, corridors. Nice pool and green surrounds. Free airport shuttle takes 25 minutes.

We stayed at Divalux for one night before our flight, and overall we had a great experience. Everything was smooth and easy, from check-in to check-out, which made our short stay stress-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a convenient choice for an overnight stay before heading to the airport. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely consider staying here again if we need a place near the airport.

Stayed here for 10 days had a good time. The 24/7 bar/ restaurant was very good. Big shout out to Beer and Note the 2 servers in the restaurant over nighttime. Nothing was ever too much for them, helped recommend dishes and drinks and even helped with a charger when needed. Great spot to stay and great spot to watch the World Cup and have a beer with 2 great servers. Thanks again

About 20 minutes from the airport. The shuttle service was no extra charge. Very comfortable ride. Checking in, the staff was very friendly and eager to help, which is very nice after 30 hours of transit. The room was very clean. They have a restaurant open 24 hours. Not a big menu but enough to get you by when you wake up at 1 AM hungry. The pool also seems to be open 24 hours if you like a midnight swim. The pool is only 1.5 Meters deep so it’s still a very comfortable temperature even in the middle of January. The complementary breakfast opens at 6 at which point the local birds are singing a very delightful chorus. If you have a lengthy stay in Thailand I absolutely recommend Divalux as your first stop to let your anxiety and stress go and adjust to the time zone.

Mixed Experience – Wouldn’t Stay Again I stayed here for a quick overnight near the airport, and overall it was a very mixed experience. Arrival & Check-In: I ended up taking a taxi from the airport because the hotel shuttle wait time was over an hour. When I arrived around 11:50 pm, there was a large group ahead of me, so check-in took about 15 minutes. The front desk staff member was very kind and welcoming, but she did forget to give me my room key cards (and I forgot to ask). Room: The room itself was huge, smelled nice, and the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable. Clean towels and bedding were provided, which I appreciated. However, there were quite a few issues: * Patio doors had no screens, which is not ideal with all the bugs outside * The seating area fabric near the window was visibly dirty * The rug had stains * The toilet had stains on the outside, which made it seem like it wasn’t properly cleaned * The sink didn’t drain well * The shower had hot water stains and mold WiFi was okay — not fast, not terrible. Noise: This was a big downside. The guests next door played his TV extremely loud, and there was also a very loud bird (I think?) making noise for hours and It made it hard to relax. Food: Room service was honestly terrible really disappointing. But the breakfast buffet the next morning was great and totally worth it. Big improvement there. Pool & Amenities: The pool was clean and warm, and there’s a nice setup for families: * Shallow area for kids * Small water slide * Plenty of chairs and clean towels Pool cons: * Some tiles in the pool were broken * The cabana seating had something biting us — both me and my child ended up with multiple bites on our legs (use towels before sitting!) * There was construction happening nearby with no notice when booking There’s also a small playground, which is a nice idea, but it was dirty with bird droppings and leaves everywhere. It didn’t feel safe or well-maintained, especially with construction nearby. It really should’ve been blocked off. Location: Some reviews say there’s nothing nearby, but that’s not entirely true. Within a 10-minute walk, there are small food spots and a convenience store. Check-Out Issues: Checkout was frustrating: * I called for luggage pickup around 11:20 and no answer * Had to get a luggage cart myself * My key card stopped working at 11:45 am, before checkout time * Had to track someone down to let me back in By the time I got everything sorted, it was past 12, and staff tried to say I checked out late, which was frustrating given the situation. The front desk staff member (LAURA) at checkout was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for help arranging a taxi into the city. The taxi she called cost 800 baht and honestly wasn’t worth that price. Cafe: I also ordered a smoothie from the front cafe, it took about 15 minutes, and there was barely anyone else there. Just unnecessary wait time. Final Thoughts: I wouldn’t stay here again. There are just too many small issues that added up. That said, if you have no other option for a quick airport stay, it’s manageable just don’t expect much beyond the basics.

This resort is well worth a visit, especially for the exceptional hospitality from staff and top-tier facilities—it truly has everything you could need. However, I’ve rated it four stars due to a few logistical details that could use more attention. First, the breakfast service could improve its oversight regarding cross-contamination; I noticed guests using the same serving spoons for both vegetarian dishes and meat options, which is a concern for those with allergies or dietary restrictions, or religious beliefs.Additionally, there was an issue Tuesday night at the pool. One evening, a couple continued swimming and shouting until 11:00 PM, well past the 9:00 PM closing time as a resort policy. While the front desk resolved the matter immediately once I called, more proactive monitoring of the pool area would be appreciated. Other than that , everything else was exceptionally perfect.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel during my 10 days in Bangkok. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from every single staff member. The smiles felt genuine, and there was a sincere effort from everyone to make the stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. Room service was excellent, the food was great, and even the small details were handled with care and professionalism. Throughout the entire stay, I genuinely felt relaxed and welcomed.
