A good hotel in a good location but Poor breakfast experience Location is really good, in the action of Soi 11 and walking distance to Nana BTS. Superior rooms are a bit small and boring, does not give you the luxurious feel. Deluxe looks better. Small lobby area. Breakfast on the rooftop by the pool, comfortable seating area inside and outside. But the problem is here - the eggs guy is never present at the counter. You have to keep telling the waitress to call him from inside. He's ALWAYS inside???? Breakfast spread is also quite tasteless and is not refilled - again you have to keep asking the waitress to get the items - and this I'm talking about at 9.30 - 9.45 am. So it's not when breakfast timings are over. Gym is very good, spacious with lots of weights and couple of machines and treadmill. Staff is pleasant overall. Housekeeping was good. This was the old Grand President hotel and now fully refurbished so everything looks new and clean. Just improve the breakfast spread, selection and taste. BIG disappointment. And ask the eggs guy to be at his station

Unbeatable location on Soi11. You're greated by bright Marble and a refreshing smell throuhg the lobby. Plenty of seating and welcome drinks available. Quick and east check in. Very friendly staff. We stayed here on 2 occiaions in early July and mid July. 1st stay we had a room overlooking the consturcion of the new hotel. I enjoyed this room. bright, big and clean. HUGE bed. Contruction startred ealry, but it was not too loud. 2nd stay we had a Larger room with a snaller bed? Room seemed to be older. German restaurant atteched is also good. but there are plenty of options on Soi 11, from high end steak houses, to street food. We will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at Eleven Hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable throughout my stay. One thing I particularly appreciated was the bright lighting in the room. This has been an issue for me in other hotels, but Room 823 was perfectly lit and made a real difference. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Their excellent service helped make my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed in Room 823 and hope the staff enjoyed the small gift of biscuits I left as a thank you for their kindness and hospitality. I would definitely stay at Eleven Hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with great staff and an excellent location.

Good stayCheck in fast and efficient Room , large and spacious .at the front of building but very queit .no noise However if stay in on the other side Contruction and i guess noise.Pool was empty when we went , about 2pmBut very hot ( no shade or umbrellas ) but maybe you like that ! Food ...as with most hotels , over priced but good .Drinks ...bottled local beer 130b Happy Hour 5 to 8pm good for cocktails 1 for 1 280b ++Breakfast good selection ,large room and very quiet ( 9am ) when we went .Good coffee Now the not so good The hotel is a non smoking hotel and even make you sign a "pledge " not to smoke in room .However , there was a big group of people there ,who were Vaping everywhere. Some even in the pool ! If you did not know vaping is illegal in Thailand .Egg station for breakfast. Have to place order for eggs here ..and bacon ? 2 poached eggs to 20 minutes to arrive and 2 small rashers of bacon ! They ration the bacon !Mini bar not stocked, but you can order ! But , large ,clean quiet room .Small but nice pool ( when nobody is vaping in it ) Good food .Good staff

Great hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room are clean and are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be staying again when next passing through Bangkok.

a very good hotel at a very good price price.. The hotel is centrally located! in the very popular Sukhumvit soi 11! the hotel is quiet, clean and appears well maintained.. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms have good beds, good water pressure and insulation… This is a hotel I will use next time I visit Bangkok.. The hotel is suitable for families with children, couples and singles....

Great hotel locate near the subway and many shopping malls realy nice pool on the roof and also a gym. The gym is ok, for most people but lack a little equitment for regular gym people. The rooms a nice and clean and. It recomended to get a room in a high floor, because there is a lot of noise from the street. Rigth now aug 2026 there is construction next door, so there is a bit noise starten early morning. Great resturant on the top an the breakfast is good to. Nice view from top.

This hotel is small in size but right in the heart of plenty of action, food, bars, nightlife. It could use some pressure washing and updating. Some of the halls stank, especially floor 7. The carpet could use cleaning and perhaps some sort of odor eliminator. It would’ve been nice to know that there was construction going on next door before we arrived. The rooms are small in size but not too bad. The bathrooms were nice. Our bed was huge. The breakfast in the restaurant upstairs was meh. There were no real breakfast options. There was an option of ordering an omelette and bacon, but the one person doing that would be everywhere except behind the counter to take an order. Staff were really nice.
