Great little hotel. It's more than a bed and breakfast. The staff on duty were very professional and welcoming. I liked the room and the price was fair. The check-in lady was super friendly and warm. They graciously allowed me a late check-out because I got stuck in traffic getting back in time to check out. I really appreciated that and sorry for any inconvenience caused

All in all a pleasurable place to stay for a few nights. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and quite well appointed with decent air conditioning. The place is not historical as mentioned in the advertising. There is no view and the bed is hard. The people running the place are extremely nice, positive, friendly, and very welcoming and professional. The towels need more softener and must be tumble dried to make them soft. I believe they have been dried naturally, which is why they are crispy. Don't let my observations put you off. Give it a try.

We traveled for two months through Southeast Asia and southern China, This was by far and away the best hotel we stayed in. We stayed here for five days. The room was emasculate and clean, spacious with a TV that got English speaking channels. The air con works very well and quickly cooled the room, but I must say even staying away for an entire day that was in the 36c! But the highlights to this stays were the super helpful and friendly staff, providing maps to all the local restaurants, seven-11 s and laundry mats. As well as a helpful interface when we needed to speak to someone directly on the phone. The other highlight and I cannot overstate the excellence of the morning breakfast. I wish I could have had all my meals. Each meal was cooked for you individually. The spice level was tuned to whatever you wanted from Thai spice to no spice. Each day my wife and I walked to the BTS from the hotel. It was the most interesting and joyful walks each day, meeting friendly locals and joyful kids along the way. It was one of the few times we truly felt like locals. While it is a bit further away from local transportation the hotel would pay for a Tuk Tuk to take you to either the BTS station or the River ferry! Such a wonderful find. Again the best hotel on the trip.

We absolutely loved this hidden gem, from before check-in (when they stored our bags and let us use a shower and bathroom) through to check-out. The staff were kind and helpful. They arranged easy transportation from the airport and included the cost in the hotel bill. The Thai breakfast food was INCREDIBLE. Delicious flavours and great portions, with attention to beauty in the presentation. There were lovely centrepieces on the tables with descriptors of their cultural meaning, which were changed every day to give a new bit of knowledge. The room was comfortable (firm bed, be warned) and very clean. The decor was lovely and the bathrooms were nicely updated - don’t miss the rain shower head in the ceiling! The location felt very safe and nestled in a truly Thai area.

What a perfect start to our 2 week honeymoon in Thailand! I stumbled upon this spot and it was perfect in every way! Location, for starters. This was our first trip to Thailand, and we quickly figured out how to walk to the river (10-15 min walk) cross by boat (for 5 Baht pp) and take the water taxi up and down the Chao Phraya River. We could easily get to the temple tour meeting spot as well as the Long Tail Boat ride tour. The B&B offers a Thai or Western (eggs) breakfast option… Go for Thai!! I chose eggs for the first 2 days and had food envy when I tasted my husband’s Thai breakfast! We tried the local eating spots the B&B recommends, and they did not disappoint! We are heading to Chiang Mai and feel super grateful that we stumbled upon this place!

We booked directly with the manager and got a fantastic price. We also booked the pick up at the Bangkok airport for a very competitive price. The area around the hotel it’s really pitoresc, safe and gives you a good vibe of leaving in Bangkok and with the Thai people. No swimming pool, no big hotel lobby’s, but instead, a fantastic, cozy, clean, impressive good construction, fully decorated in harmony! A huge house with few rooms, restaurant area and a pleasant entrance. Amazing gentle staff are always ready to help you and provide you with: professional and gentle service. Breakfast was amazing with Thai and continental options. Very tasty fruit, juice coffee and tea. The room itself it’s all functional, cozy, well decorated and the bed so good- all you need after a busy day visiting that crazy big enchanted city! Highly recommended if you really want and have the spirit of mingling with the people of the country you are visiting! My family was impressed!

This place was such an incredible welcome to Thailand. It is on a backstreet and even our taxi driver was amused by the size of the road relative to his car, but that lends a wonderful 'we're here!' ambiance to the experience. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. The room was clean and pretty, with good air conditioning. There are provided maps and local food guides with some helpful Thai language basics on the back. Breakfast was delicious (Thai, though I'm pretty sure there was an American option too). Staff called us a (free) tuktuk to the BTS station and again later to the ferry, which was fun and hassle free, though there were also plenty of food shops, markets, 7-11s, and massage centres within easy walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again anytime I'm in Bangkok!

During our 4 weeks bag-packing trip to Thailand this was one of our absolute favorite places. You are in a cute place, really in the middle of the culture. It feels pretty amazing, especially with the night market close-by. The host is always ready to help and extremely friendly. When we come back to Thailand, we definitely will do a stop there. Thank you for this amazing place!
