Outstanding Hotel Experience – Highly RecommendedI had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the entire visit.The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room daily.The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and excellent service.The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it easy to get around.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Avoid at all costs! From the very moment we arrived, I couldn’t breathe because people were smoking in both the reception area and the rooms. While waiting, I saw guests putting their dirty feet next to me on the furniture in the lobby. There is a certain group of people staying here who are extremely disrespectful to others and act entitled. There was also construction happening everywhere, which was never mentioned beforehand. This hotel is NOT family- or couple-friendly. Every single night, there is visible prostitution. Women line up both outside and inside the hotel, and they will approach men openly even if you are standing there with your husband. The hotel allows all of this. I have always felt safe in Thailand when alone, but I never felt safe in this hotel. Men would approach me, talk to me, and even corner me in the elevator when I was alone. After that, I was too uncomfortable to even go pick up food by myself. The room we were given was a complete disaster dirty from top to bottom, broken TV, full of bugs, and reeking of cigarettes. We immediately asked to change rooms because it looked nothing like the pictures and felt like a scam. Instead, we were asked to pay extra to “upgrade.” If it weren’t for Songkran the next day and other hotels being fully booked, we would have left immediately but unfortunately, we had to stay. We were promised a non-smoking room, yet the curtains had cigarette burns, and everything smelled like smoke and dirty furniture .Every morning, there was loud construction right outside our door with no health and safety measures whatsoever. Facilities are basically non-existent. The “gym” is just closed room where people smoke while playing pool, with one treadmill and a few weight no space, no ventilation. The pool is in a completely different building, with no toilets, no bar, and no proper amenities. Honestly, places like this should be reported and shut down. A few staff members were kind, and I understand it’s not their fault they deal with constant complaints from guests, which says everything. This hotel caters to the wrong kind of environment and people. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This is my 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel and this time I have brought my school friend who visited Thailand for the first time. I prefer this hotel just because I can rent their smoking rooms and I can eat, sleep and smoke cigarettes in the same room. However, my friend checks out on 20th May while I will be staying a few more days. When he showed some interest in playing the bowling, I insisted him when I saw many guests are playing. He threw a bowling and one of the staffs (man) came to me stopping us saying the gaming room already shut down! I told him that everyone was still playing. He demanded 200 THB per bowling and I asked him whether he could give me receipts. He exclaimed that there was no receipt and we could not play! How disgusting a renowned hotel's staff could be where he was simply differenciating the nationalities of the look with other guests!!! Really disgusting staff he was and already complained to Mr. Saratul who works at the hospitlaity of the hotel.

I was in one of the unrenovated rooms. It was clean with no odors. Quiet. AC cooled the room quickly. Only saw 2 small roaches. It was complete fine. The redone rooms are likely very good. The reception, despite past reviews was polite and personable. Neighbors can be heard through doors that connect rooms, but they are sealed. But still. Hopefully the renovated rooms don't have them. I would certainly stay again, depending on the price.

ABSOLUTE DANGER ZONE – Avoid at All Costs (Safety Risk) ​Rating: 0/5 Stars ​I stayed here for 5 days and it was hands-down the worst, most unsafe experience of my life. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is not a hotel, it’s a chaotic hub for illicit activity. ​1. Severe Safety Concerns & Harassment: As a man, I have never felt more physically unsafe. The elevators are dangerous. I was personally harassed and physically cornered by another guest who tried to force me into his room. The security is non-existent. The hotel allows anyone to wander the hallways, and the "guests" are often aggressive and predatory. ​2. Atmosphere of Vice: The lobby is a toxic cloud of cigarette smoke and weed. From the evening onwards, the smell of drugs is everywhere. The hotel is essentially a playground for hundreds of sex workers who roam the lobby, elevators, and hallways at all hours. The attached nightclub brings in a crowd that is drunk, aggressive, and has zero regard for the safety of others. ​3. Total Lack of Professionalism: The staff are beyond useless, they are actively rude. They do not answer the phones, they ignore complaints, and they treat guests with total contempt. Don't bother asking for help with an issue; they will just ignore you or behave unprofessionally. ​4. Failing Infrastructure & Amenities: ​Wi-Fi: Completely non-functional in the rooms and hallways. Do not expect to get any work done or even stay connected for safety. ​The Pool: Mostly closed and neglected. ​The Food: Terrible quality. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. ​Elevators: Not only do they feel unsafe mechanically, but they are also used as a picking-up ground for the night-club crowd. ​ This place is a nightmare. Whether you are traveling for business, solo or with family, stay away. It is an unprofessional, drug-fueled and physically dangerous environment. Your safety is not worth the price of a room here.

I stayed at Grace Hotel and had a pretty disappointing experience because of pests. Even after being moved to another room, I still kept seeing cockroaches, which made it hard to feel comfortable. I appreciated that they did try to move me, but for me that wasn’t enough to make the stay worthwhile.

It’s a great location for shopping dinning entertainment, Nana train station near by. Hotel staff need a lot of courtesies training specifically on front desk and cleaning staff. It’s a nice huge lobby but it should be very clean and non smoking to relax or wait for your taxi or a short meeting with your guest or visitors. They a have small non smokers room with one sofa at the end of the lobby but still you can sit as smoking smell is speeded every where. I found two cockroach in my bathroom room once I informed at front desk she put some cockroach catcher which looks ugly whenever you go to bathroom, bathroom ceiling was full of black mold and I notified at front desk. Hotel is in process of renovation but they really need a great professional management team to maintain the quality to having a great time of visitors. Good location, near many places to go... Service is ok. However, the swimming pool being maintained during our stay... Check out process took a little long time because housekeeping check room slowly... But for this price, it's acceptable....
