This hotel was the official accommodation and retreat venue for Miss Universe Thailand 2026. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Khun Name at the check-in counter. Khun Name took great care of us every day and was always friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, with a warm smile and excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality!

The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the view from my window was absolutely eye-catching—a lasting memory I will carry with me. What stood out most was the warmth of your staff with special gratitudes to staff in the restaurant_Tiny and Tea. They were welcoming, respectful, and incredibly attentive, embodying the best of traditional Thai hospitality. I can see that this excellent standard comes from great leadership, so please extend my gratitude to your entire team. I traveled from Ethiopia to Bangkok for a workshop, and the hotel perfectly complemented my work trip. After long sessions, returning to a restful, relaxing room with soothing music made my stay both productive and memorable. Thank you for a fantastic experience. Writing The hotel is really good. If you plan to bring outside food and eat in your room, make sure to bring your own utensils, as the hotel charges 100 THB for cutlery. The location is excellent. The MRT station is right next to the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere in Bangkok. Central Nonthaburi is just one MRT stop away and is a great mall to visit for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

I came here to the Grand Richmond because of the location. I got liposuction done at Asia Cosmetic Hospital which is about 10 mins away from here just down the road. When I tell you that I have had one of thee best hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life, i’m not joking. The staff is the friendliest I have ever met, so so so kind and sweet and helpful. My favorite is Sun. He takes any food I order from Grab straight to my room! I don’t even have to go downstairs! Sun is such a sweet heart and he does it even though i’m sure it’s not part of his job description. Such a kind, sweet person that Sun! The front desk staff is also so approachable and sweet. Next time I come for plastic surgery here I will definitely stay here again! 10/10 definitely recommend.

Had a perfect stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The meals were excellent with great taste and variety. The hotel is also a great choice for MICE events, with well-managed facilities and professional service. so nice to be back here in grand richmond stylish convention hotel after four months. as usual, i was greeted by the hospitality and warmth of their staff from the receptionists in the lobby to the general manager.. this hotel has everything i need: there is a gym, pool and spacious lobby for me to hang around. i also love their breakfast buffet as its oriental. for this trip, i got billeted in its newly built north wing and everything just looks fancy, the bed is comfortable to lay on. the room has quite a huge space for my luggages. although this hotel is far from city center, it has an mrt beside it that could take you to the city center within an hour so everything just feels so accessible. Thank you so so much again, grand stylish hotel.

Me and my group (34 people) all like to stay here. All staffs are super friendly, especially Blue , Aon , Wan and Aom. They answer our questions quickly , work on our requests efficiently. Extremely well run and organised for our football event. Manager Tae was a wonderful host, happy to help with anything with a smile. Concierge was very helpful with any requests, planning and information. He spoke great English. Service for the rooms and restaurants was wonderful. Food was delicious and chefs were lovely and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Pool could be a bit warmer. About an 1.5h drive to airport and 1h drive to MBK (depending on traffic)
