Because of the location, it's worth the price. It's in 2 minutes away from the BTS station, so no need to worry about transportation and traffic jam. I stayed there for four days, I only arrived back the hotel at night and I just slept there, so it was a great time. It's a good place to stay though the room is quite small.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service lady was very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We booked two rooms, and in both rooms the toilet flush was not working properly. Housekeeping came only once during our stay. The rooms were extremely noisy — traffic and train noise could be heard clearly inside, making it very difficult to rest. Additionally, the hotel does not provide luggage storage, even for 2–3 hours, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this was not a comfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Good hotel with a very good location. The hotel is close to the BTS Skytrain station which easy to connect to anywhere. Overall looks very nice and worth to stay here. Also, the staff here is very friendly and helpful.

I booked for 3 days but have to leave due to pungent air fresher smell and suffocating room causing my asthma. Asked staff as at least can i change the room or get 50% of refund. Staff was helpful but can only change room the next day as worrying I have to move out without getting any refund.

A decent hotel conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to move around the city.There is nothing particularly special about the property, but everything worked fine for a short stay. The hotel is just 50 meters from station but it’s not noisy. The staff were also nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Well, I guess you get what you pay for. Planned on a few days in Bangkok, this was the cheapest with a good rating in the district with good food. The negatives. Feels run down overall, either better days behind it or before it. For example there was a space that looked like it was meant for dining, but it was vacant. Lighting overall very dim, which didn't add to the vibes. The room had run out of body wash, and the safe had run out of battery or was out of order. Less easily fixed was the noisy and very cold air conditioning. Nope, however I turn the controls it's the same blast. After switching it off and on again it was better. The furnishings also had seen better days, quite scarred. Flecks of varnish on your hands. The room was a tad small but OK for two folks if they're cosy. Location is good, next to a BTS station. Picture shows the hotel taken from the train station! To those that say the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, that's not true. If Siam BTS is the centre, as indicated by its name, the hotel is twelve stations away. That's not far. Not that much food nearby though True Digital Park is a ways across the road. Loads of choices there but not street food or small eateries. Anyway, being next to a metro, it's pretty easy to get around. Plus the front desk, while rather formal, did try to help and warmed up after the first day. In the end if you're looking for a cheap place to head out on tours from or to explore the city, and spend little time in the hotel itself, it's not bad.
