My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and all the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always greeted guests with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, especially the Thai noodles, which I liked the most. There was also a wide variety of food selections available.The hotel facilities, including the gym room and swimming pool, were well maintained and enjoyable. The location is very convenient for business travelers, with a night market nearby that adds extra convenience and entertainment.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. In my opinion, the service and overall experience are truly worthy of a 5-star ranking.

Excellent Stay & Wonderful Staff I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The overall experience was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. A special mention goes to the staff member Ms. Franc who assisted me with an early check-in. She was extremely kind, polite, and supportive, and she kindly arranged the early check-in without any additional charges. Her welcoming attitude and willingness to help made my arrival much more comfortable. The staff behaviour throughout my stay was very professional, friendly, and courteous. It is always great to experience such genuine hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and welcoming staff. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my visit. One staff member, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable, and I sincerely appreciate their exceptional service. The hotel's location was convenient, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. I was very satisfied with my experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation and outstanding customer service. The Deluxe room was clean and comfortable but be aware that the hotel places these rooms as low as level 5, where the view is completely blocked by street infrastructure. You may pay good money for a poor view. These rooms should not be marketed as deluxe and the reception should ask about preferences is marketed as such. I just automatically assumed they would give me a room with a view. Hence, I see it as a typical industry trick. The management read this review on trip advisor and contacted me, and offered symbolic redress (a free glass of wine worth 10 euro, the same value as two underground train fares in London). They don't have mechanisms to really offer compensation. I was on holidays there for three nights. I think even flight crews on an overnight layover got better rooms than mine.

Exceptional Service, Great Lounge and Excellent Elite Recognition This was my first trip to Thailand with my family since the pandemic, and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. As a Diamond Elite member, I received outstanding recognition, including a generous room upgrade and excellent service throughout my stay. The great first impression started at check-in and continued until departure. The breakfast was excellent, and the executive lounge was even better. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and always greeted guests with genuine smiles. The location is also fantastic, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner and the river and pier within walking distance. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

Great hotel and amazing staff and management. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom more than 20 times over the years, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. What keeps bringing me back is the exceptional staff. Every team member is consistently warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. Their friendliness and willingness to help create a memorable experience every time. The facilities are excellent, with comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, a great swimming pool, and a convenient location that makes exploring Bangkok easy. The hotel is always clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for both business and leisure travelers. A special thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Stayed at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom and overall had a very satisfying experience. The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were professional, welcoming, and helpful. Honestly, Thai people are incredibly sweet and respectful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfying with good quality food, although the dessert selection was very limited. The rooms are a bit old-school in style, but they are spacious, very clean, and the bed was relaxing and comfortable. One thing I didn’t like was the lack of basic room amenities. There was no hot water kettle, no coffee, no tea, no cups nothing except bottled water. Not even mineral water . The hotel facilities were good, including a sauna, gym, tennis court, and outdoor swimming pool. The only major downside is that everything closes early, which can be disappointing if you come back late and want to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially thanks to the cleanliness and the kindness of the staff.

Always a pleasure to stay here, good sized clean rooms, breakfast package offering value for money, and this time check in and access to the Club Lounge on the 23rd floor. The hotel was quite busy, but the large public areas mean you don't really notice. All the staff in the lobby and restaurant areas were very helpful and friendly. As ever the breakfast choice was varied and plentiful - a perfect start to the day. At the end of the day the atmosphere of the Club Lounge was very relaxing with Toey and Mini really helping to make our stay a most enjoyable one and make us look forward to visiting again. Thank you.
