My stay at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by IHG was excellent by all standards. The hotel is modern, the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and equipped with everything the guest needs, and the level of cleanliness was high throughout the stay. The location of the hotel is very special, it is close to the BTS Nana station, which makes getting around Bangkok easy and fast.|I would like to thank Mr. Note and all the members of the team for the good reception, the constant smile, the speed of response, and their professionalism in dealing. You have made my stay more comfortable, and I will be happy to be back to stay here again. I recommend this hotel with confidence.

It was good experience with Holiday inn. I booked the hotel thru travel agency and stayed there for 4 days. As per hotel policy, if your stay more than 3 days, they offer free loundry for two clothes every day but condition is that stay has to be booked thru their site and not thru travel agency. Very strange policy. I didn't get free laundry because I booked thru travel agent. I requested receptionist but they're not flexible for this. This is my 5th stay in last two years and I was comfortable to stay here.

Location Tucked just off the main Sukhumvit artery, Soi 11 places you in the heart of Bangkok’s most energetic dining and nightlife district, yet the hotel itself remains a calm pocket. You’re surrounded by everything: the BTS Nana station is barely a five-minute stroll away, making the entire city effortlessly accessible, while a huge choice of restaurants, rooftop bars, street food stalls, and 7-Elevens are literally at your doorstep. Despite the lively neighborhood, my room was whisper-quiet thanks to solid soundproofing, allowing me to recharge without any disturbance. Cleanliness The housekeeping here is immaculate. My room was consistently crisp and fresh, with spotless linens, gleaming bathroom surfaces, and not a hint of dust or wear. Public areas, from the bright lobby to the breakfast lounge, were kept equally pristine throughout the day. It’s clear the team takes immense pride in maintaining high standards — the kind of cleanliness that instantly puts you at ease. I also received a welcome letter, and I was placed on a high floor with a pleasant city view, which I suspect was a subtle upgrade nod to my status. Little touches like these go a long way in making loyalty feel truly appreciated, and the team nailed it effortlessly. Breakfast The complimentary Express Start breakfast punches well above typical continental fare. The buffet featured rotating hot options like scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, fried rice, and a delicious Thai-style noodle dish, alongside a fresh assortment of tropical fruits, yoghurts, cereals, and a good bakery selection. The DIY pancake machine is always a cheerful touch, and the coffee — from a proper bean-to-cup machine — was consistently excellent. Good hotel in lively location for nightlife in soi 11, Sukhumvit. The room size is ok, comfortable bed, good shower and perfectly clean. Breakfast is good and enough variety, nice comfortable dining area. Staff are all polite, professional and lovely. Carpark is very small and not many spaces. Many bars, restaurants and massage around this area and 7-11 next door.

I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel during my bangkok trip . The staff were friendly and helpful, & location is perfect. Top floor rooms are very quiet & spacious. Staff member Nutthew who work on reception during the night time is a very dedicated employee who really makes guest experience from pleasant to WOW. One late night i was not feeling well, he assisted me to nearby pharmacy store and took care of me. Following morning he even made a courstey call to check on me. It was a very kind & caring gesture from him. I will definitely return again.

Stayed for 2 nights and all the staff were beyond amazing! So welcoming with such kindness. Room was spotless and the building is really pretty. It’s really close to loads of spots for whatever activities you have in mind (eating, market shopping, nightlife, massage etc.) Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend it for your trip.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 for the second time in two years traveling on business. The rooms are fine and what stands out are the hotel employees. Each member of the team at the front desk was so nice and helpful and the attendants at the breakfast buffet were also so cheerful and nice. The location can’t be beat if you want to be walking distance from restaurants, bars, music and shopping. I hope business brings me back again.

It is a clean simple place in Bangkok, close to Bumrumgrad hospital, and off of Sukimvit road, right on the Nana overhead metro. Desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I like ice with my drinks and they provide a large cupful if you ask. Breakfast is good, another place to eat but we always went out-so many choices on the street plus food carts of local dishes. No pool but we were there to sleep. Laundry available so you can pack light and just wash up every few days. We often stay here when going to the hospital.
