Great Hotel, clean and has great views of the city as it's a high rise. Rooms are great with a kitchen and washing machine, bath tub in room. Comfortable room. Would definitely visit again, we stayed for 6 nights. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice highly recommended. Has a pool, gym, sauna and steam and jacuzzi. The hotel has a shop underneath with everything you may need. Downside is the window didn't open, we wanted some fresh air from time to time. The bathtub didn't have a curtain so the water went all of the place. Far from any MRT station minimum 15 minutes walk. Everything else was good. I would stay here again. Booked via Agoda and the process was seamless.

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations! The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated having a washer, microwave, stove, and a large fridge-perfect for a longer stay. Housekeeping was consistent and kept everything fresh and spotless.|The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Jasmine Garden Au, Jew, and Aliya|-they were incredibly helpful, kind, and their English was excellent, which made communication effortless.|The food was 10/10, with so many delicious options to choose from each day. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.

This is a really nice, clean and they have the best service staff especially Aum and PU. Spent a few days here with my friends and we have the best massages and the breakfast was really good as well. Very close to Ekami gate which is where you can take buses to other cities and about 30 minutes bolt drive from everything else. 5 star hotel hmmmmm, but they provide 5 star service and I 100% recommend.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There are many food places nearby, which made it very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Guys, this is a genuine review of Jasmine Grand Hotel. In my experience, the management is not trustworthy and guests should be careful before booking. They took 2,000 baht per room from us as a security deposit. In one room, our computerized deposit slip was misplaced, and they started creating problems for the refund. Even though it was a system-generated slip, they denied the deposit and refused to accept that the amount had been paid. The room was also not properly clean. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were not maintained well, and the tiles were not clean. Food is pathetic I would strongly suggest thinking twice before choosing this hotel. Please check everything carefully before going, so you do not face the same issues. They claim to be a five-star hotel, but in my opinion, the service and maintenance are far below that standard. I would rate it only one star.

Very nice hotel with everything you need and close to everything without being to loud or busy. The pool, gym, hot tub and sauna help you relax after walking around Thailand. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Not what I expected for the price, honestly. The room smelled kind of musty, like old furniture that’s never seen fresh air. Found stained sheets on the bed. On top of that the whole vibe is chaotic, tons of families with kids running around and screaming basically everywhere, elevators take forever so you’re stuck waiting with a crowd every single time. Not relaxing at all. Staff seemed exhausted and honestly kind of over it, can’t really blame them with how loud and packed it gets. If you’re a couple or traveling solo looking for some peace, skip this one. You can find way better places for half the price. Definitely not 5-star quality anymore, not even close.

The rooms are clean and the views are nice. The staff here are the best. They put up with an extraordinary amount of rude tourists, SO BE NICE! Overall it's a great value for what you get. The only downside was the distance from the BTS.
